Here’s what fish oil is really doing to men and their livers…
—-Important Message—-
Diabetes madness (personal)
My father was a very successful physician. I learned a lot about Big Pharma from his experience.
Like how doctors are often vending machines for Big Pharma… And how the salespeople were in and out of his office all day.
And I learned a startling secret about diabetes…
It’s a quick personal story and it leads to a surprising, even shocking, conclusion about what REALLY causes diabetes.

Big News About Fish Oil
People tell me they take fish oil – all the time. And they’re PROUD of it.
And I can’t blame them. Everyone’s been told that fish oil is a miracle substance that is super-good for you.
Fish oil is supposed to be this “cure-all” for nearly every disease.
I’ve had people tell me it helps with depression and heart disease and helps with their skin… and all kinds of other stuff.
But there is a huge, hidden problem that the people pushing fish oil NEVER tell you about.
It does work for a lot of things… for a while.
It can make you feel better… short term.
And THEN it causes long-term health damage – especially when you take it in supplement-style concentrations.
[cmamad id=”20772″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
When you see just how bad fish oil is for you, I think you’ll be appalled.
Today we’re going to look at two things fish oil does that are bad for your health:
1. Increases atherosclerosis
- Increases hepatic steatosis
The plain English version of these two things is that it increases the deposit of fat in the arteries and the liver.
And that is bad – very bad.
Fish oil increases fat deposits in the arteries and liver.
The researchers fed these rats a steady diet of fish oil as their only source of fat intake.
They wanted to see if they could confirm their suspicions that fish oil would increase the rate of fat deposits in the arteries and liver.
“Twenty pregnant Wistar rats were fed with a fish oil-containing diet or standard diet (containing soybean oil) during pregnancy and lactation and the pups were weaned onto the same diet.”
What they discovered was CRAZY.
The rats ended up with a lot more fat lining their arteries and a lot more fat in their livers – the fish oil gave them fatty liver disease!
“According to the results of the present study, a diet which provided 15.9% of energy from fish oil as the only source of dietary fat-induced aortic atherosclerosis as well as hepatic steatosis in Wistar rats, although it decreased total cholesterol and LDL-C.”
And even though people look at me cross-eyed, this a big reason why I tell people to never take fish oil or eat PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids).
They are a nightmare. They cause health problems mostly stemming from extra fat deposits in the body and internal inflammation.
Why are fatty liver and fatty arteries bad?
Most people know that having fatty arteries can cause heart disease and other health problems. But why is fatty liver bad?
In simple terms, your liver controls your blood sugar.
It stores and releases glycogen – the fuel your cells normally run on.
If your liver is fatty, it can’t store enough glycogen… And that sets up chain reactions that cause all sorts of blood sugar problems.
This can lead to metabolic disorders such as diabetes and pre-diabetes… And those lead to long-term health problems.
All because you took fish oil to start with.
Crazy, right?
Getting rid of fish oil and other PUFAs…
One of the big keys to protecting your health from this effect is avoiding the kinds of fats that make these deposits.
That means avoiding PUFAs (corn oil, soy oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, and fish oil).
Make sure you read labels – because these fats are in MOST processed foods.
You want to replace these fats with a small amount of butter or coconut oil.
But forget about all the gurus out there who tell you that eating tons of coconut oil is good for you. That’s wrong too.
Humans almost always do better with lower-fat diets that contain fully saturated fats.
Don’t believe the hype around fish oil.
It doesn’t matter which kind you take. It can be omega-6 or omega-3 and -6, or any other kind…
They’re all bad. Just avoid them. Your health will thank you.
—-Important Message about PUFAs—-
Eliminate Harmful PUFAs for Better Erections
A clogged, fatty liver full of PUFAs lowers testosterone in men.
And when men are low in testosterone, their erections suffers.
That’s why men who want a tremendous sex life and healthy, firm erections always start by cleaning up their liver…
When men have a clean liver, testosterone starts rising again… naturally.
And men start noticing the difference right away… A clean liver ramps up your sex drive and makes your erections harder and longer-lasting…
And you will have enough stamina to perform at your best, every single time you have sex…

From the old days, Fish oil has been considered proficient in Omega 3 fatty acids that are healthy for the body. Testosterone, the sex hormone is men plays an important role in sexual function and is related to muscle mass and the growth of the bones too. Testosterone is what gives you the drive to move forward in life, it is a mood enhancer, keeps you stress-free and healthy but also boost s your libido and fertility.
Normally testosterone levels fall slowly as you age. Starting at the age of 30 or 35…..their testosterone levels may fall naturally at the rate of 1% or 2% each year. So it is important that One take the required steps and supplements to aid your body's hormone levels. How to do that?
Diet and Lifestyle plays a vital role here. Foods that are rich in zinc and magnesium have been found to boost the testosterone levels naturally. And so does Fish oils. According to a 2016 Medical research study, the fatty acid in Fish oils or even Fresh organic fish has been found to improve the quality of semen and boost the production of the hormone, testosterone in men. There might not be a direct link. But Fatty acids like Omega-3 are highly beneficial in reducing body inflammation, lowering blood pressure levels, improving cardiovascular health and maintaining balanced cholesterol levels. These aspects play a very important role in boosting testosterone levels naturally. Fish oil also specifically helps in reducing ( LDL ) or bad cholesterol, thus defining a beneficial effect on testosterone production.
But did you know that certain medical research doesn't support the consumption of fish oil? Specifically, fish oil supplements. This is because Fish oil supplements, the most common form of generally available fish oil is high in processed Polyunsaturated fatty acids which is unhealthy. It can get rancid quickly and this can have side effects on the body. There is a big difference between the consumption of fresh fish and that of supplements. Then there are the dangers of contamination of the fish itself. Water pollution is a huge problem these days globally with some scientific sources, pointing at the loss of safe habitats for fish and water organisms alike. More than 53% of Global water resources are polluted.
In addition to that most fish are sourced from "Fish farms" where pesticides and contamination by mercury are commonplace. According to a recent study, more than 85% of the top fish oil brands may not be safe anymore for long term use.
Did you know that regular consumption of Fish oil supplements can make you susceptible to prostate cancer?
A study by the Journal of the Cancer Research Institute, have found evidence of a higher risk for prostate cancer in those whose blood had a higher concentration of Omega – 3 fatty acids from supplementation. It is interesting to note that the same study considers the consumption of other fatty acid alternatives like nuts, salmon and flaxseed oil as perfectly safe for consumption.
It is far better to depend on natural sources for your Omega – 3 needs. Foods like Black gram, Organic Alaskan salmon, Spinach and grass-fed beef are highly sufficient in Omega 3 fatty acids. Pasture fed chicken and eggs are more nutritious and safer alternatives to Omega – 3 fatty acids than supplementation.
