Avoiding this one food can save you thousands at the dentist
Story-At-a-Glance
Matt Cook here, there’s a toxic food additive that’s being added to everything…
…even so-called “healthy, diet” foods…
And it’s causing men so many problems, even costing them thousands in the dentist chair…
Fortunately, if you can avoid this one food, you can protect your teeth and your bones, and protect your body from a variety of awful diseases, even Alzheimer’s…

1 mouth-watering cup makes your manhood magnificent
Thanks to a groundbreaking discovery out of MIT…
Men over 45 finally have an option besides just watching their testosterone drain away.
A tiny little microscopic life-form that breakthrough scientific research now suggests can:
- Plump up your gonads and naturally boost your sex drive…
- Automatically upgrade your metabolism to help you burn off the spare tire, so you get the lean, chiseled body that women lust for and men respect…
- Give you a surge with youthful energy levels, focus, and that “glow” of dominant drive you enjoyed in your younger years…
And best of all… you don’t need to fill an Rx, swallow a tablet, or inject synthetic chemicals into your body to get it.
All you need is just 1 cup of THIS unique, creamy treat:
1 cup for high octane sexual performance

Beware this one food that dissolves your teeth and bones
Periodontal disease is the result of infections and inflammation in the gums and bone that support the teeth.
Early on, it can lead to pain and bleeding — later on, teeth can fall out.
The bacterial infection itself can lead to even more serious problems like dementia and cardiovascular disease.
Almost half of adults over 30 years old in the United States have some form of periodontal disease — it’s a real big problem.
Recent research has shown that fats contained in vegetable oil is one essential factor for periodontal disease.
This is just another reason why I recommend avoiding highly inflammatory polyunsaturated fats — a.k.a. vegetable oils.
The animal experiments were carried out at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
The findings were published in Scientific Reports.
Periodontal disease involves bacteria.
But we all have bacteria in our mouths and throughout the body.
So, simply having bacteria cannot be the sole “cause.”
“Periodontitis is an inflammatory disease associated with severe alveolar bone loss and involves gram-negative bacteria – the role of Gram-positive bacteria remains unclear.”
The study set out to determine whether both of these classes of bacteria were involved in periodontal disease.
But in the process they discovered something much more useful.
They carried out some experiments looking at something called LTA — a substance incorporated into the cell wall of some bacteria.
They discovered that this bacterial substance increases the production of another substance called PGE2.
PGE2 is an inflammatory molecule — and it was found to lead to the degeneration of the bone by an effect on osteoblasts.
“LTA increases the production of PGE2 increasing inflammation in osteoblasts.
So the researchers decided to see what would happen if they blocked PGE2.
Blocking PGE2 prevented the bone degenerative effects seen in periodontitis.
“Blocking LTA suppressed the production of PGE2.”
Let me explain this in another way.
PGE2 is a substance produced in the body from arachidonic acid.
Arachidonic acid is an inflammatory fat found in high levels in many vegetable oils.
The researchers found that this byproduct of vegetable oil was essential for causing bone degeneration which is a hallmark of advanced periodontal disease.
It is the combination of byproducts of certain bacteria and byproducts of vegetable oil which trigger the inflammation and bone degeneration in this condition.
In one experiment, the researchers infected mice with a bacteria that produces lots of ATL — the bacterial component necessary for periodontal disease.
But if these mice did not have prostaglandin E2 from vegetable oil they did not develop bone loss in their jaw and around the gums.
The findings are quite clear — arachidonic acid from vegetable oil is essential for advanced periodontal disease.
The bacteria themselves can produce a little inflammation around the gum — without arachidonic acid producing PGE2, there is no harm done to the bone.
There are a few practical takeaway points from this study.
First, limit your exposure to vegetable oils — this is important for whole body health, not just to avoid severe periodontal disease.
Second, take care to deal with the bacteria which are part of the trigger for the disease.
Finally, prostaglandin E2 inhibitors may be effective at minimizing the damage caused by periodontitis.
In the study the researchers used a treatment called indomethacin to limit PGE2 — but there is a far more common and easily available substance which does this — aspirin.
Aspirin is a PGE2 inhibitor — and so it may prove to be a major factor in limiting the damage caused by periodontal disease.

The Kraepelin Effect destroys dangerous PUFAs before they can poison the body
PUFAs turn into a toxic chemical when they enter our bloodstream… I call it the Killer Lipid…
And this Killer Lipid poisons the blood vessels, it poisons the kidneys, the heart, the brain, and even the penis.
Fortunately, there’s a way to defeat this Killer Lipid before it gets into the bloodstream and wreaks havoc with our health.
I call it the Kraepelin Effect — here’s how it works
