Important for men: Why testosterone is not enough

I had high T at one point, but I still couldn’t get decent erections…

Then I found out that levels of prolactin and estrogen are VERY HIGH in men with erectile problems…

…You may have high T, but if you have high prolactin or high estrogen, you STILL can’t really get hard.

But I found out how this one trick LOWERS these hormones that inhibit erections. It reduces:

  • Prolactin
  • Estrogen
  • Harmful levels of cortisol

This trick promotes testosterone and oxytocin, and you will end up with towel-hanger erections that last as long as you want.

Most importantly – it’s natural. It’s not that artificial stuff they inject, rub on, or make you drink.

Why is it important to produce natural testosterone?

Because the artificial testosterone that Big Pharma gives you is toxic and, shockingly, it turns into estrogen – the exact opposite of what you want!

Raise your natural testosterone, lower harmful estrogen, and get towel-hanger erections again that she will LOVE

Balls shrinking from this common stomach problem…

Not being able to poop is bad for your health – much worse than most people think.

It may jeopardize the health of your testicles, and therefore your overall sexual health and performance…

In extreme cases, it can cause serious problems that can lead to hospitalization.

But even if you’re “just” constipated and can poop sometimes, or you poop regularly but you have to strain – you can still end up with big health problems.

The longer poop sits in your gut before it leaves your body, the more problems it causes.

That’s because feces is full of bacteria and other toxins.

And you need to get rid of all of that. You can’t let it sit around in your gut.

[cmamad id=”7283″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

A lot of people know that not pooping enough isn’t good for you.

And we totally know it’s uncomfortable.

But one of the stranger side effects of chronic constipation that most people don’t know about is the effect it can have on your testicles.

Problems with testicles…

There’s nothing like his testicles not functioning properly to make a guy completely miserable.

Because a guy’s balls, after all, are one of his most sensitive areas.

Sometimes, testicles swell up. Sometimes they get cancer.

But, in this case, we’re talking about a specific condition that creates problems with the veins in the scrotum.

When the veins don’t work properly in your scrotum, life can get very difficult.

This condition is called varicocele.

It’s like having varicose veins in your balls.

OUCH!

“A varicocele (VAR-ih-koe-seel) is an enlargement of the veins within the loose bag of skin that holds your testicles (scrotum). A varicocele is similar to a varicose vein you might see in your leg.”

As you can imagine, this condition can be quite painful.

But it can also cause other problems – including low sperm production and, potentially, infertility.

I know most guys aren’t going to want to hear this, but varicoceles can also cause testicles to shrink.

“Varicoceles are a common cause of low sperm production and decreased sperm quality, which can cause infertility. However, not all varicoceles affect sperm production. Varicoceles can also cause testicles to fail to develop normally or shrink.”

And varicoceles can be caused (believe it or not) by chronic constipation.

Scientists think this is because of the pressure that the colon puts on the left testicular vein.

Chronic constipation is a significant causative factor for the
development of left varicocele, which may be attributable to the accompanying distention of the sigmoid colon and distal part of the descending colon, with resultant compression of the left testicular vein in the retroperitoneum.”

Because of this, men might find it worthwhile to figure out how to poop regularly and easily.

Preventing constipation is a lot easier than treating it.

And it’s more effective.

Once you’re constipated, a lot of damage has already been done to your body.

Many people use home treatments such as psyllium fiber to make sure they don’t get constipated.

I don’t recommend this approach, for many reasons. Try these instead…

Fruit:

I recommend eating quite a lot of fruit. Fruit will help keep your gut moving well.

And fruit has many other health benefits.

If fruit alone doesn’t help your bowels move regularly, then you may want to try adding a magnesium supplement.

Magnesium fizz:

There are several “magnesium fizz” supplements on the market today (check Amazon) that you can stir into a bit of water or juice. They work really well.

Magnesium is an incredibly valuable mineral that most Americans and many people throughout the world don’t get enough of anyway.

And supplementing with magnesium doesn’t just relieve constipation. It also helps with anxiety AND it can help you sleep better.

The thing to know about magnesium is that if you use too much of it can give you the runs. And then you’re out of the frying pan and into the fire.

So, with magnesium, it’s all about how much you use.

The rule of thumb with magnesium is to start with the lowest daily dose, and then slowly work your way up until your stool is moving regularly.

Your body will tell you how much to use.

Keeping your gut moving will result in much better health outcomes.

It can lower the internal inflammation in your body and it helps to prevent swollen veins in your scrotum. Yay!
