The elders of a reclusive African tribe have been using it for years, behind closed doors…

When they reach age 13, they are taught this “rockiness ritual” that grows and STRENGTHENS their boners.

Their manhoods are truly legendary.

Women from neighboring tribes literally travel on rafts, down the perilous Nile River…

…just to get penetrated by these giant manhoods…

And we now know the secret behind these MASSIVE members…

It all comes from 1 surprisingly simple “rockiness ritual” that any man can do in the comfort of his own home.

Proof that diet and exercise doesn’t lead to ideal body weight — here’s what does

Calories in, calories out – that’s the weight loss doctrine.

It’s a simple equation, one that seems right at first glance, but it’s not right.

You see, it assumes that the body always uses calories in the same way, with the same efficiency.

But that’s not true.

The truth is that most people can’t maintain significant weight loss by just increasing their physical activity.

Instead, we want to increase the rate at which your body uses calories – the metabolic rate.

The human research was carried out at Loyola University Chicago. This physical paper was published in PeerJ.

“Increasing population-levels of physical activity is a controversial strategy for managing the obesity epidemic, given the conflicting evidence for weight loss from physical activity alone.”

Given the controversy around the idea that increasing physical activity could solve the obesity epidemic…

…Chicago researchers analyzed physical activity data from almost 2,000 participants of a study carried out in multiple countries.

“We measured physical activity and weight change in a three-year prospective cohort study in young adults from five countries (Ghana, South Africa, Jamaica, Seychelles and USA).”

The participants wore activity trackers, similar to those found in activity tracking watches or bands.

“A total of 1,944 men and women had baseline data, and at least 1 follow-up examination.”

Alongside activity, the researchers analyzed body weight and BMI changes over the 3-year period.

“Examination included measures of anthropometry (weight/BMI), and objective physical activity (accelerometer, 7-day) following the three-year study period.”

The researchers looked at how many minutes the participants spent in moderate or vigorous physical activity.

“Physical activity was explored as 1-minute bouts of moderate and vigorous physical activity as well as daily sedentary time.”

There was no relationship between moderate and vigorous physical activity and weight loss/gain over 3 years.

“Neither baseline 1-minute bouts of moderate and vigorous physical activity nor sedentary time were associated with weight gain.”

Of all the measures they tracked, only weight at the outset, age, and gender were associated with changes in weight over 3 years.

“Using multiple linear regression, only baseline weight, age and gender were significantly associated with weight gain.”

It’s an amazing result if you’re a believer in the calories in, calories out theory.

But it’s a theory that makes no biological sense.

You can increase your physical activity a little, but also eat more.

You can increase your physical activity and eat the same, but have a lower basal metabolic rate.

The basal metabolic rate is the efficiency at which your body uses calories.

People with a higher metabolic rate burn more calories at rest and vice versa.

A significant increase in physical activity can cause the body to respond by decreasing the basal metabolic rate, compensating for the physical activity.

And you can run across the same problems with caloric restriction – aka dieting.

Both dieting and exercise can lead to lower resting metabolic rate, completely destroying the calories in, calories out theory.

For most people, simply increasing your physical activity is not enough to get your weight down and keep it down.

“From our study it is not evident that higher volumes of physical activity alone are protective against future weight gain.”

The researchers concluded other factors like food and environment play a role.

They are correct in this – food and environment can play a massive role in our metabolic rate.

It’s these things that we need to address in order to increase the metabolic rate…

…meaning we use more energy to generate health and well-being, rather than storing that energy as fat.

“By deduction our data suggest that other environmental factors such as the food environment may have a more critical role.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

Banned because it works too well — the simple supplement that burns away belly fat while building more muscle

In the 1930s, a shocking scientific experiment proved that a simple supplement could literally burn fat away in men…

And it didn’t just burn the fat away, it increased muscle mass, testosterone, and libido…

…and it naturally lowered all the bad stress hormones in the body…

…including cortisol that leads to belly fat, erections problems, and dreaded “man boobs” that women hate.

And then they banned this simple supplement… simply because it was working too well…

You see, it was effectively killing off the diet and exercise industries…

And Big Pharma wanted to sell men expensive treatments instead.

So they banned it… but I brought it back…

…and it’s in a new natural form that I call Thermo 3 that’s just for men
