Story-At-a-Glance

Hey, Matt Cook here, and while age spots seem harmless…

…they may actually be a canary in the coal mine.

What I mean is that age spots can be an early warning sign of major health problems…

Because the same causes of these major health problems ALSO cause age spots.

Today’s study though shows how an overlooked vitamin can fix these underlying causes…

Men who are 40, 60, 70, even 100 years old are using this practice…

Men with heart issues, prostate problems, high blood pressure, a bad back…

Men who aren’t getting good erections and men who haven’t been rocky in weeks or months…

Men who haven’t been with a woman in years are now having intimacy everyday or every other day…

All thanks to this 1 unusual practice…

Age spots are a sign of this underlying problem

You may not have heard the term lipofuscin before…

But you have definitely heard of age spots.

They’re almost the same thing.

Lipofuscin is a pigment that accumulates in cells.

It appears as yellow-brown granules on the skin, and is often considered a hallmark of cellular aging.

Of course, they can be harbingers of deeper problems rather than just simple blemishes.

Because their formation is the result of a metabolic disorder inside the body…

There are 2 major causes of lipofuscin…

Excess iron and PUFAs.

Lipofuscin is formed when oxidized iron and oxidized PUFAs react in skin tissues.

If these toxic wastes cannot be removed by cells, they become visible in the skin.

I’ve previously shared how excess iron and PUFAs are extremely harmful to men’s health.

Lipofuscin is just the tip of the iceberg.

The first way to prevent/get rid of lipofuscin is to get rid of PUFA and excess iron.

Not eating PUFAs and waiting for your body to detoxify over time…

And eating an iron-poor diet while using iron chelators…

These are the first things you need to do.

But is there another way?

Today’s study says there is – vitamin B2.

This study was conducted at the University of Tubingen, Germany. It was published in Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science.

Lipofuscin also accumulates eyes and can cause problems with vision.

The researchers have discovered that a chemical called bisretinoid is involved in lipofuscin formation in the eye.

Our body has a particular way of breaking down bisretinoids safely…

But if there is too much of it, the process cannot be completed, and more damage can happen.

In a type of cell in the eye called RPE, there is a part that helps break down these bisretinoids.

In RPE, chemicals called “radical generators” can help break down bisretinoids into smaller pieces.

One of those radical generators, and what was used in this study, was riboflavin (vitamin B2).

“Bisretinoid cracking occurs shortly after phagocytosis within phagosomes of the RPE by superoxide and other radicals. For this reason radical generators (NADPH oxidase, Riboflavin) are specifically present in phagosomes and melanosomes of the RPE.”

In their experiment with mice, they found that oral riboflavin significantly accelerated bisretinoid breakdown.

Without bisretinoids, lipofuscin can’t be formed.

Riboflavin not only prevented the formation of lipofuscin, but it helped with its removal as well.

“Free and melanin-associated lipofuscin was significantly reduced by treatment.

“Here we show that substitution with the radical generator riboflavin, which is naturally present in phagosomes and melanosomes, can remove lipofuscin from the RPE.”

Riboflavin is an often overlooked vitamin.

That’s why most people don’t even know that it’s missing from their diet.

Dairy products are excellent sources of riboflavin.

You can also try riboflavin supplements if you want to treat lipofuscin – they seem really promising.

The form used in this study was R-5-P, the active form of riboflavin.

This is the form I recommend.

It turns out that there’s a hidden, magical spot inside a woman…

A spot that will give her intense feelings…

And no, this spot is NOT the one everyone’s heard of…

This spot is actually inside the deepest part of her, along the back wall…

And this spot is super difficult for most men to reach — because most of us aren’t hiding some monster in our pants…

So what can a man do to give a woman what she’s craving?

Just do this (works no matter your size)…
