Add a tablespoon of this spice to your food for rockiness

Most people think of inflammation as something that happens to a twisted ankle or sore back.

There is no doubt that kind of inflammation can be devastatingly painful.

But… there is another kind of inflammation that is WAY sneakier and can give you SERIOUS health problems over time.

That’s a type called internal inflammation.

Typically, eating high-fat foods will trigger your body’s inflammatory response and this can cause a problem for your health long-term.

But if you add spices to your food, you can at least minimize this response.

Why chronic inflammation is bad news.

If you have chronic inflammation going on in your body, it’s TERRIBLE news for your health.

Here’s the problem with inflammation: Over time, you can end up with too much of a good thing. With chronic inflammation, your body is on high alert all the time.

The inflammation basically puts your body into a constant state of emergency…

Which can make it much more likely to develop a variety of health conditions, such as stroke, heart attack, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.

This prolonged state of emergency can cause lasting damage to your heart, brain and other organs. For example, when inflammatory cells hang around too long in blood vessels, they promote the buildup of dangerous plaque. The body sees this plaque as foreigh and sends more of its first responders. As the plaque continues to build, the arteries can thicken, making a heart attack or stroke much more likely.

High-fat food can cause acute inflammation.

One of the reasons that I promote eating a diet low in fat and high in carbs is because eating a lot of fat kicks up the inflammation response in your system.

In more recent years, researchers have found that inflammation can spike after a person eats a meal high in fat.

While there isn’t evidence that this DIRECTLY leads to chronic inflammation…

It is a reasonable assumption that if you eat a lot of high-fat foods and constantly kick your inflammation into high gear, then you are more likely to develop chronic inflammation.

While it is not clear whether these short bursts — called acute inflammation — can cause chronic inflammation, Rogers said it’s suspected they play a factor, especially in people with overweight or obesity.

Spices can help lower the inflammation response.

In this study, researchers looked at how people’s bodies responded to a meal with spices versus one without.

The people who ate the spices with a high-fat meal had a lower inflammation response.

After analyzing the data, the researchers found that inflammatory cytokines were reduced following the meal containing six grams of spices compared to the meal containing two grams of spices or no spices. Rogers said six grams roughly translates to between one teaspoon to one tablespoon, depending on how the spices are dehydrated.

You’ll notice that it wasn’t even a lot of spice.

A teaspoon to tablespoon of spices isn’t all that much and gives the meal good flavor.

The spices they used were also common.

The researchers used a blend of basil, bay leaf, black pepper, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, ginger, oregano, parsley, red pepper, rosemary, thyme and turmeric for the study.

Ultimately, it’s FAR better to not eat a lot of fat in your diet, but if you can’t give it up, try adding some spices for a protective effect against inflammation.

Warning: this inflammatory killer chemical is making men limp

This inflammatory killer builds up in the bloodstream…

And even one teaspoon of the inflammatory killer can kill erections and make men fat around the middle…

…as much as 10 pounds more fat with just a teaspoon of the inflammatory killer.

Even a teaspoon of the inflammatory killer wreaks havoc in your body.

Destroying the testosterone-producing Leydig cells…

…and causing you to have plaque build up in the blood vessels and even in the penile chambers…

This inflammatory killer chemical is even seeping into the brain and causing Alzheimer’s…

Stop it before it’s too late — here’s how
