Here’s a erections remedy so ancient that it’s actually mentioned in the Bible…

I’m serious… the great King Solomon used this one thing daily to satisfy his 700 wives…

And any man can use this to get great firmness, reliability and confidence in the bedroom.

And this one thing is working especially well for men with blood sugar issues…

So now literally thousands of couples are experiencing passionate lovemaking again…

Just by using this potent Biblical ingredient you may already have in your pantry…

(Get ready for stiff morning wood AND the energy to use it…)

Why men who donate blood live longer

People who regularly donate blood tend to be healthier. They tend to live longer too.

There are probably many reasons for this – one is iron reduction.

While iron is a useful mineral, many people consume too much iron and not enough copper – copper is essential for regulating iron metabolism.

So, blood donation decreases the burden of iron-related diseases.

But just recently, we’ve discovered another benefit of blood donation.

Giving blood can significantly reduce poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

PFAS are a group of man-made chemicals widely used in industrial and consumer products since the 1950s.

They are “forever chemicals” that don’t break down, but instead accumulate in the body.

PFAS come from nonstick cookware, waterproof clothing, food packaging, and firefighting foam.

PFAS are implicated in obesity, thyroid issues, infertility, sex hormone dysregulation, kidney problems, elevated cholesterol, and cancer.

The human research was carried out at Macquarie University in New South Wales, Australia. This paper was published in JAMA.

“Elevated levels of blood perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) have been associated with various adverse health outcomes.”

Firefighters are among the people who are most exposed to PFAS because they’re contained in large amounts in firefighting foam.

Previous studies have confirmed that firefighters have higher blood levels of PFAS than the rest of the population.

“Firefighters have been exposed to PFAS in firefighting foams. and have previously been shown to have higher PFAS levels in blood samples than the general population.”

Before this study, there was no known way of reducing PFA levels in the blood.

“No interventions have been shown to reduce PFAS levels.”

The experiment was carried out on 285 firefighters in Australia who had high levels of PFA’s in their blood, and who had not donated blood in the last 3 months.

They were split into 3 different groups.

One group donated blood very frequently. (They later called this “plasma donation.”)

Another group donated blood less frequently.

The final group did not donate blood at all.

“Participants were randomly assigned to donate plasma every 6 weeks for 12 months, donate blood every 12 weeks for 12 months, or be observed only.

The researchers looked at certain common PFAS levels after a year.

Blood donation significantly reduced PFAS.

A common PFAS was reduced by about 25% over the year in those who donated blood every 6 weeks.

“The mean level of PFAS at 12 months was significantly reduced by plasma donation (-2.9 to -2.3) but was unchanged in the observation group.”

The research confirms that blood donation reduces harmful and persistent PFAS.

This is the first effective method developed for reducing these ubiquitous and extremely harmful man-made chemicals.

“Plasma and blood donations caused greater reductions in serum PFAS levels than observation alone over a 12-month period.”

I reported on some of the problems caused by PFAS over the years.

They are involved in metabolic problems like obesity and type 2 diabetes.

PFA’s interfere with thyroid and sex hormone function.

It’s a good idea to avoid them where possible, avoiding non-stick cooking utensils and waterproof clothing if possible.

But unfortunately, these chemicals are everywhere in the environment…

And unless you’re living way out in the woods and drinking pristine mountain water, you could probably do with lowering your PFAS levels.

I’ve discovered something terrible about many common toilet paper brands…

They contain toxins that go directly from the paper into your skin…

…directly poisoning your prostate every time you wipe…

They can lead to hair loss, low testosterone levels, erections problems…

These toxins can even lead to prostate cancer!

So please, do me a favor and check this out —

Here are all the toilet papers that are hurting your prostate and literally poisoning your body every time you use them
