If you are depressed or anxious, this will be a very important newsletter today.
It will show you a very simple way you may be able to overcome depression and anxiety — without pills.
Today, I’ll show you how to relieve anxiety and depression just by staying warm.
I have noticed that so many men who are anxious or depressed have very low thyroid activity.
When I hear that they are anxious or depressed, I asked them to take their oral temperatures when they wake up.
And to retake it a few times throughout the day.
Your oral temperature should generally be close to 98° when you wake up.
And it should rise to 98.6 or even 99 by the afternoon.
One of the things that I’m a huge believer in is keeping your brain warm.
The brain consumes a very high amount of oxygen and sugar.
And it releases a lot of heat.
I think this is the reason why so many men throughout history have worn hats.
And why it was the custom to wear a nightcap when you went to sleep.
Wearing a nightcap to keep your head warm during sleep can improve your health.

Many men find their temperatures are in the 96 range when they wake up.
And these men may never get past the 97 range.
These are often men who are anxious and depressed. They suffer a lot of emotional problems as well as physical problems.
So, this study may show us how being warmer helps your anxiety and depression.
It’s a very simple study.
Researchers took people who were very depressed.
These were not old people, but they were middle-aged and on the younger side.
And they treated some participants with a “sham” treatment, and something treated by keeping them really warm.
The study lasted six weeks, and at the end of the study they found that people were kept warm were much less depressed.
I’ve shown you how if you stay super warm you can sleep better.
And now this study shows you that if you stay really warm, you can even be less depressed and less anxious.
It’s really the simplest cure for depression and anxiety. And maybe for other problems, too.
I think there are a lot of health problems that will improve when you stay warm.
So, how do you treat low body temperature? Well, start off easy.
You can be more careful about wearing layers, wearing a cap or a hat, and dressing really warm even when you go to bed.
It may take a few weeks, but I have found that many men experience dramatic improvements this way.
They vastly improve their moods and have better health when they stay systematically warmer than they find comfortable.
Whole-body hyperthermia holds promise as a safe, rapid-acting, antidepressant modality with a prolonged therapeutic benefit
So, if you suffer from depression or anxiety (or both), I suggest you start by warming up.
You may find that you feel better quickly.
