A lot of these don’t work.
But some of them actually do work — and some are going to shock you!
It seems pretty obvious that we’re less hungry when we have a full stomach.
If you’re working for the fastest way to reduce body fat, it will always include some appetite control.
And guess what, there’s something interesting that helps us keep our stomach full.
You’re going to be surprised — it’s Coca-Cola and other soft drinks.
This study was done with real people.
They either gave the subject the common vitamin riboflavin, or a variation of aspirin.
And then the researchers measured the rate in which the stomach emptied.
They found that when Coca-Cola was taken with the supplement, it slowed the absorption down.
The stomach emptied more slowly, and the body had time to absorb more of the nutrient.
So it may actually be more valuable to take medicine with Coca-Cola.
The soft-drink may slow down the absorption of the medicine — making it almost like taking it as time release.
Also, it will keep your stomach full longer if you drink Coca-Cola while you eat.
When the researchers looked at why this happens, they found it was the combination of a small amount of phosphoric acid and sugar.
It may also have to do with the carbonated water — who knows?

But the soft drink assisted the absorption of food by slowing down the process of emptying the stomach into the small intestine.
The results demonstrate that the choice of beverage to be taken with medication can affect the bioavailability and/or metabolic fate of medicinals.
AND… the soft drink may make you feel full longer — so you eat less.
So, that’s one method of appetite suppression… but we have another!
In another study, they found that biotin (a common B vitamin) can suppress your appetite.
The biotin seems to work by affecting the brain more than it affects the body.
Biotin changes how the genes in the hypothalamus of the brain express themselves.
So the genes associated with hunger express less hunger.
Food intake was significantly decreased by biotin, but plasma regulators of appetite, including glucose, ghrelin, and leptin, were not affected.
In other words, the ONLY thing that the biotin changed was the hunger message the genes sent out.
Biotin appetite suppression is effective, and it’s already known to be safe!
Biotin is already known to be an important vitamin, so getting reliable supplements should be easy.
And now you have two different ways of suppressing your appetite and eating less.
You could even take the biotin with the Coca-Cola for a real double whammy.
I do a lot of work with biotin myself.
It’s quite safe, it’s one of the B vitamins, and it has amazing qualities for treating or preventing type II diabetes.
So there are a lot of great reasons to give it a try.
