This is the only thing working for my headaches
Matt Cook here, and have you ever found yourself with a headache that just won’t quit?
It could be more than just a simple headache…
It could be migraines.
Migraines are often described as throbbing or pulsing pain on one side of the head.
Migraines are usually accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, light sensitivity, and sound sensitivity.
It’s a common health issue that affects almost 20% percent of the male population in the U.S.
Migraines are more than headaches; they are complex neurological conditions that can severely affect a man’s quality of life.
But, let me tell you this, migraines don’t have to control our lives.
Because compared to what the current medical environment says, they are TREATABLE.
And you don’t have to commit to a life-long journey battling them…
Thanks to today’s study, a new hypothesis has been proposed that shows rapid and convincing results.
Let’s look at it together.
This article was written by researchers at the Dzugan Institute of Restorative Medicine, USA. It was published in Neuroendocrinology Letters.
If you go to the doctor about your migraines or do a short research on the internet, here are the things that will be recommended to you:
Reduce stress, sleep well, eat well, exercise, etc.
Don’t get me wrong, all of these are incredibly useful, and you should DEFINITELY adhere to them.
But it may not be that easy to solve migraines with such “generic” advice.
Because what the researchers in this study say is that the root cause of migraines is deeper.
According to them, migraines are caused by neurohormonal and metabolic disruption.
“This hypothesis implies that migraine is a consequence of a loss of neurohormonal and metabolic integrity.”
Of course, this result is the outcome of an experiment – let me explain.
The researchers came up with a multimodal treatment program that they implemented on 30 patients with migraines.
The program included:
- Hormonorestorative therapy (HT) with bioidentical hormones (DHEA, Pregnenolone, Progesterone, and Testosterone) – Ray Peat style…
- Correction of balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic systems and simultaneously calcium/magnesium balance.
- “Resetting” the pineal gland
- Improvement of intestinal absorption through the restoration of normal intestinal flora and a cleanse from parasitic infestation (if necessary).
This comprehensive treatment was used to counteract hormonal and metabolic collapse.
The results were astonishing…
ALL patients were freed from migraines.
“Our results show that migraine is curable. All patients responded to this regimen. We do not have patients who still have migraines after they started to use this program.”
The patients’ other symptoms were relieved as well.
“Concurrent symptoms such as fibromyalgia, insomnia, depression, gastrointestinal disorders, and fatigue had disappeared. Total cholesterol completely normalized in 22 (91.7%) patients.”
According to the results, the researchers were confident that this multi-approach could fix migraine.
“Our findings support the hypothesis that migraine is a consequence of a loss of neurohormonal and metabolic integrity and that migraine can be managed by a multimodal approach.”
I’ll tell you how I’d tweak this program.
I would:
- Supplement “Youth-Hormones” (DHEA, Pregnenolone, and Progesterone
- Fix my gut (Lots of valuable information on my site)
- Supplement magnesium glycinate
I wouldn’t stray too far from the outline of the program, but not unnecessarily overcomplicate it as well…
Let me finish by saying one thing.
Don’t let migraines hold you back.
