Drinking this turns men into soyboys
Hey, Matt Cook here, and soy is the latest “fad” food.
Or should I say pseudo-food?
Meat substitutes, vegan food offerings in restaurants, and soy milk advertisements on television have become increasingly prevalent.
They are pushing people to eat soy.
“It’s healthy, it’s good for the environment, blah blah blah.”
Both of them are simply lies.
I’m not going to go into the environmental issues. Today is about the health effects of soy consumption.
Gentlemen, soy is the devil in disguise for your health.
It’s true, and let me explain to you why…
Soy contains high levels of a compound called phytoestrogen, which is similar to estrogen.
And as you know, estrogen is not something that men want in their bodies in high amounts.
Because excess estrogen is associated with:
- Poor rockiness
- Man boobs
- Premature ejaculation
And tons more sexual problems…
When men consume soy, the phytoestrogens in it can mimic the effects of estrogen in the body, causing a hormonal imbalance.
This case report is proof of that.
This study was conducted at Showa University, Japan. It was published in Internal Medicine.
The doctors reported a clinical case of a 54-year-old man who had been drinking 4 cups of soy milk a day.
He came to these doctors complaining of severe health problems – man boobs and erections problems…
They collected data by conducting a physical examination and analyzing the patient’s blood tests.
The blood tests were used to assess the levels of hormones in the patient’s body, specifically testosterone and gonadotropin.
The patient had super LOW levels of testosterone, indicating secondary hypogonadism.
“On an examination in our department in May, blood tests showed low gonadotropin and testosterone levels, indicative of secondary hypogonadism.”
This was clearly due to excessive isoflavones in soy milk he had been drinking.
“Secondary hypogonadism caused by the excessive intake of isoflavones in soy milk was diagnosed.”
His soy consumption made him grow boobs, become tired and less manly, and lowered his testosterone.
“He then developed ‘penile’ dysfunction and gynecomastia.”
The doctors immediately told him to stop drinking soy milk.
And after a while, he was way better – his testicles started working again.
“He stopped drinking soy milk in June of that year. In August, blood tests showed an improved gonadal function.”
Just from NOT drinking soy milk.
However, his poor erections didn’t resolve.
“His malaise, gynecomastia, and loss of axillary hair improved gradually within about six months, but his ‘penile’ dysfunction did not improve completely.”
Soy is THAT toxic.
If you value your manhood, I highly suggest you stay away from soy and any soy-based products.
“In men, an excessive intake of isoflavones may cause feminization and secondary hypogonadism.”
Stick to traditional manly foods like meat and potatoes and real dairy.
You’ll be much better off sexually, physically, and mentally!
—-Important Message About Keeping High T—-
This 1 food helps men keep high T and low estrogen
A lot of men are struggling with low T levels because of something called aromatization.
Aromatization is a process where testosterone gets converted into estrogen.
And as we know, when men get high estrogen levels, they suffer from belly fat, erections problems, low confidence, and more.
So how do you stop aromatization?
I’ve found it’s as easy as eating this 1 food a couple times a day.
Just a spoonful here and there is enough to get the body producing MORE testosterone…
And this time it STAYS testosterone…
