Story-At-a-Glance

Hey, Matt Cook here, and green tea is a controversial topic for me…

It has upsides and downsides.

It’s not the worst beverage out there…

But I think coffee is just better overall.

However… after I discovered the study I’m showing you below, my thoughts are changing…

—-Important Message—-

Just 1 daily dose of these 3 supplements can transform your intimacy

  • 3 supplements you can use to greatly enhance rockiness, drive, and sensation…
  • The 3 supplements are safe and create powerful rockiness
  • You haven’t heard of these 3 supplements — and just 1 daily dose of these 3 supplements can transform your health and make you feel and perform as you did when you were decades younger
  • Enjoy stiffer, more powerful rockiness
  • Enjoy more intimacy more often — shorten the time between one act and the next (shortens refractory period — so some men will do it 3 or 4 times in a night rather than just once)

…and so much more… seriously — check this out…

Why I’m finally drinking green tea

Green tea might be a strategic tool after all.

Why?

2 words: Environmental toxins.

The earth is not what it used to be a century ago.

We are bombarded with toxins every day.

The list is long…

Pesticides, smoke, mycotoxins, polychlorinated biphenyls, arsenic, and many more.

These are the most common environmental toxins and toxicants to humans.

And they have detrimental effects on our health.

They can cause DNA damage, hormonal damage, brain damage, and any “damage.”

Just insert any part of the body and it will most likely be true.

“These toxins and toxicants may impact on human health at the molecular (DNA, RNA, or protein), organelle (mitochondria, lysosome, or membranes), cellular (growth inhibition or cell death), tissue, organ, and systemic levels. Formation of reactive radicals, lipid peroxidation, inflammation, genotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, embryotoxicity, neurological alterations, apoptosis, and carcinogenic events are some of the mechanisms mediating the toxic effects of the environmental toxins and toxicants.”

You need to know what they are and take precautions.

Of course, all of those are a topic of their own newsletter.

That’s why our topic today is green tea.

Because green tea has protective properties against many of those toxins.

Let’s look at the study.

This study was conducted at Texas Tech University. It was published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry.

The researchers knew environmental toxins were very harmful, so they wanted to find a solution.

They found that green tea contains certain polyphenols and catechins…

And these polyphenols and catechins have been shown in studies to have protective effects against environmental toxins.

Green tea exerts those effects through various mechanisms, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic, neuroprotective, and anti-carcinogenic activities.

“Green tea and its extracts reduce the environmental toxicant-induced oxidative stress and damages to DNA and cellular structures by down-regulation of HO-1, MMP12, NFκB, PI3K and ERK and up-regulation of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD and GSH, resulting in ROS quenching and lowering of oxidative products, including 8-OHdG. Green tea also suppresses toxicant-mediated carcinogenesis by preventing carcinogen-induced DNA damage.”

It also increases detoxing pathways in our bodies.

“In addition, green tea modulates signaling pathways including NFκB and ERK pathways, preserves mitochondrial membrane potential, inhibits caspase-3 activity, down-regulates pro-apoptotic proteins, and induces the phase II detoxifying pathway.”

That is CRUCIAL because our bodies constantly try to detox those toxins.

Green tea helps that.

“The emerging evidence shows the promising protective/detoxifying impacts of green tea on environmental toxins”

I have incorporated a couple of cups of green tea into my weekly routine.

I recommend you do the same, especially if you live in crowded cities with abundant environmental toxins.

But still, green tea MAY have some anti-androgenic effects. That’s why I limit it to a couple of cups only.

I’m not going to drink it every day.

—-Important Warning About Environmental Toxins Hiding in the Bathroom—-

Sounding the alarm – did you do this in the bathroom today?

I’ve just discovered a toxic chemical hiding in 80% of all toilet paper brands…

And when this toxic chemical gets rubbed on our skin, it transfers directly into our bloodstream and into our bodies…

Where it goes on to cause depression, kidney disease, prostate problems, erections problems…

…joint pain, hair loss, low energy, low stamina, and low drive…

…even cancer and Alzheimer’s disease…

I’m trying to sound the alarm to as many men as possible, as quickly as possible.

So here’s everything I’ve found — including which toilet papers to avoid and which ones are safe…

And I’m sharing a really cheap solution to this problem that I myself am using…

A solution which will allow you to protect yourself from this 1 deadly toxin without having to bring your own toilet paper with you wherever you go…
