Drinking this reverses fatty liver

I drink it everyday — my liver is in top shape

Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here and new research shows one particular beverage significantly reduces a man’s risk of developing fatty liver disease.

And no, it’s not green tea or kombucha.

I’m sharing what men should be drinking daily for liver health and how much you need to reap the benefits.

The “watery pee trick” that changed my life

A bit ago, I was struggling with some pretty annoying pee problems.

I’m talking about frequent urges to go, difficulty emptying my bladder…

…and let’s just say my wife wasn’t too thrilled about me waking her up multiple times a night with my bathroom trips.

I felt like I was constantly planning my day around access to restrooms.

It was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly, pretty exhausting.

I knew I needed to find a solution, but I really didn’t want to rely on dangerous treatments or surgery.

I wanted something natural, something simple, something I could easily incorporate into my daily life.

Well, after years of searching, I’ve finally found it.

It’s a little mixture that you rub it in a specific place…

…and it takes a couple of seconds to do it.

You can say… It’s as easy as drinking a glass of water.

I know, I know, it sounds too good to be true.

But trust me, this “Glass of Water” Prostate Protocol has been a game-changer for me and many other men…

Drinking this reverses of fatty liver

Liver problems are rampant these days.

The greatest increase in liver problems are in those associated with blood sugar problems…

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

Steatohepatitis is the more advanced form – it is like NAFLD but with added buildup of fibrotic scar tissue in the organ.

It is a difficult thing to treat standard medical means.

But non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is strongly influenced by food and supplements – not least of which are coffee and caffeine.

People who drink more caffeinated coffee have less fibrosis in their livers.

The human research was carried out at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. The paper was published in Hepatology.

Prior to this research, other studies had already shown that caffeinated coffee reduces the buildup of scar tissue in chronic liver diseases like hepatitis C.

“Coffee caffeine consumption is associated with reduced hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic liver diseases, such as hepatitis C.”

This paper looks at caffeinated coffee consumption – I believe that there are benefits from caffeine alone and extra benefits from other components in coffee.

Caffeine supplements can be beneficial for the liver – as can decaffeinated coffee…

…but caffeinated coffee is likely the most beneficial.

The authors were interested in the role of caffeinated coffee in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD and NASH).

NASH is usually just an advanced form of NAFLD.

“The association of coffee caffeine consumption with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has not been established.”

The researchers gathered data from people who had been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease…

…as well as those with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis – the form of liver disease with fibrotic scar tissue.

“Patients involved in a previously published NAFLD prevalence study, as well as additional NASH patients identified in the Brooke Army Medical Center Hepatology clinic, were queried about their caffeine intake.”

The researchers wanted to see if there was any relationship between the stage of liver disease and caffeinated coffee consumption.

“A questionnaire was utilized to assess a relationship between caffeine and four groups: negative, not-NASH, NASH stage 0-1, and NASH stage 2-4.”

Over 300 people completed the questionnaires and took part in the research.

People who drank more caffeinated coffee were less likely to have non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

“When comparing patients with bland steatosis/not-NASH to those with NASH stage 0-1, there was a significant difference in coffee caffeine consumption between the two groups.”

Of those with a diagnosis of liver fibrosis, those who consumed more caffeinated coffee were more likely to have a less serious diagnosis.

“When comparing patients with NASH stage 0-1 to those with NASH stage 2-4, there was a significant difference in coffee caffeine consumption.”

The research supports other studies showing a negative relationship between the buildup of scar tissue in the liver and caffeine/coffee consumption.

“Spearman’s rank correlation analysis further supported a negative relationship between coffee caffeine consumption and hepatic fibrosis.”

Previous research has shown 2 things:

  1. Key coffee components other than caffeine can help to improve gut health which lowers stress on the liver – protecting that organ.
  2. Caffeine itself protects the liver mostly due to its ability to increase health promoting energy production and also due to its antibiotic effect.

The authors came to the conclusion that caffeinated coffee protects the liver in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease just like it does in other chronic kidney diseases.

“Conclusion: Coffee caffeine consumption is associated with a significant reduction in risk of fibrosis among NASH patients.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

When your liver gets clogged by environmental toxins, estrogen, toxic seed oils and so on… it’s not just your liver that suffers…

The blood flow and veins going to your male member can get clogged too.

That’s a recipe for erections problems.

Your liver health and the health of your manhood are more connected than you might think…

…so I’ve discovered a protocol that involves a couple cheap OTC supplements and specifically designed to clear out the pathways between your liver and your male member.

I call it the “Penis-Liver Detox,” and it’s all about clearing those pathways for a better penile blood flow
