Story-At-a-Glance
Hey, Matt Cook here, and a lot of guys our age are doing all the right things to stay healthy — eating well, taking supplements, hitting the gym.
But there’s one crucial factor that most men overlook, and it could be sabotaging all the hard work that they’re putting in.
I’m talking about the “light environment” we live in.
See, the type of light you’re exposed to every day has a huge impact on your hormones, your energy, and even your manhood.
And with all these modern LEDs and screens, we’re getting way too much of the wrong kind of light…
I’m sharing my top 3 tips on how to change that for the better…

Is this toxic chemical slowly killing a man’s prostate?
It turns out there’s a dangerous chemical building up in male body that’s making the prostate swell up like a lemon…
This toxic chemical is forcing men to wake up 4 times a night to pee and making it impossible to fully empty the bladder…
And left untreated, it can even lead to prostate cancer.
But here’s the good news…
I’ve discovered a little-known remedy that is over 60-years-old yet totally forgotten…
…and it helps flush out this deadly toxin and shrinks your prostate back down to its healthy size rapidly…
So now, men are ending their pee problems and enjoying sleeping through the night again.
I’m calling it my Prostate Shrinking Machine protocol.
Just imagine how great you’ll feel when you’re not constantly searching for the nearest bathroom…
Or when you don’t have to excuse yourself from watching the game with your buddies to take another pee break…
And imagine the look on your wife’s face when she notices you’re suddenly lasting longer and performing better too!
You’ll feel like a whole new man when you start using my Prostate Shrinking Machine protocol.
So if you want to naturally heal your prostate and end your pee problems for good…

Is home lighting secretly draining men’s testosterone?
Light has profound effects on our biology.
The vast majority of human existence was in the presence of only natural light – sunlight.
Once we harnessed the power of fire, things changed a little…
…but the properties of light from a fire are actually quite similar to that of sunlight in terms of wavelengths.
Later, we developed incandescent bulbs. These are somewhat similar to fire and sunlight in terms of the quality of light that they convey.
But in the last few years, we have developed far more efficient lighting systems.
These are more efficient because they strip out some of the wavelengths that were contained in all previous iterations.
These new lights can have profound detrimental effects on your health – and it’s something that we have really not gotten to grips with yet.
The review of recent research was carried out at University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus in Dresden, Germany. This paper was published in the World Journal of Biological Psychiatry.
“Two recent scientific breakthroughs may alter the treatment of mental illness, as discussed in this narrative review.”
The researchers focused on modern LEDs. These LEDs strip out a lot of the light spectrum.
Red, amber, and infrared are lost, while these bulbs focus on energy-efficient blue wavelengths.
This is true not just for room lighting but also for electronic devices – screens tend to be blue-dominant.
“The first was the invention of white lLED), which enabled an ongoing, rapid transition to energy-efficient LEDs for lighting, and the use of LEDs to backlight digital devices.”
We also discovered that there are cells within our eyes which receive light but do not help us to see.
Instead, they are used to receive light data from the world which we have always used to control our daily hormonal rhythms.
“The second was the discovery of melanopsin expressing photosensitive retinal ganglion cells, which detect environmental light and mediate non-image forming functions.”
These are a special type of cell that are found in the retina of the eye and express the photopigment melanopsin.
They don’t help us see as such, but rather have other non-image-forming functions.
They help regulate sleep patterns and hormonal secretion.
“Non-image forming functions include circadian entrainment, melatonin secretion, alertness, sleep regulation, and the pupillary light reflex.”
The light activation of these cells also has a huge role in the secretion of many hormones aside from melatonin…
…not least of which are testosterone, estrogen, and cortisol.
“These two breakthroughs are interrelated because, unlike conventional lighting, white LEDs have a dominant wavelength in the blue light range, near the peak sensitivity for the melanopsin system.”
The research shows that:
“Blue light exposure may suppress melatonin, increase alertness, and interfere with sleep in young, healthy volunteers and in animals.”
Sleep quantity and quality affect mental health, many hormones affected by blue light are involved in mental health.
“Areas of concern in mental illness include the influence of blue light on sleep and other circadian-mediated symptoms.”
I have written in the past about the profound effects of blue light on metabolic health.
Blue light at night can significantly increase the risk of insulin resistance and type II diabetes.
The increases in blue-dominant light in the last 10 or 20 years also have a role in sleep disorders and mental illness…
…and it’s something that we are really just beginning to understand.
“Future developments must address the potential impact of blue light on non-image-forming functions for healthy individuals and those with mental illness.”
You really do need to take steps to control the type of light you’re exposed to in the modern world if you want to have optimal health.
Getting bright daylight early in the day is a great idea.
At night time, you need to severely limit your exposure to bright light and blue-dominant-light.
Older, incandescent bulbs are better, especially when used at a low intensity after sunset.
And while fixing your indoor lighting is important, the most powerful thing you can do for your health and male hormones is to get plenty of natural sunlight.
And the good news is, with summer here, there’s never been a better time to do it.
That’s why I want to personally invite you to join me in a special Sun Exposure Coaching group…
…where I’m revealing all my secrets for soaking up the sun’s goodness without getting burned.
I’m showing you the exact times of day to get out there for maximum benefit…
…how long to stay out…
…and even some often overlooked tricks to boost your body’s own hormone production (that protects you from sunburn) while you do it.
And don’t worry – you won’t need any sunscreen or special equipment.
Well, I haven’t even used any sunscreen in like 20 years LOL.
