Using this OTC treatment to naturally rebuild teeth

Matt Cook here, and all parts of the body (even bone) are alive. And the body is in a constant state of death and renewal.

Stem cells are central to the renewal phase of living organisms.

The more stem cells we have, the better we are able to renew ourselves. And the more flexible these stem cells are the better.

Increasing stem cell activity can stave off aging and disease.

Recent research has shown that aspirin increases stem cell activity in the mouth – having implications for dental health and bone structure of the mouth and jaw.

The experiments with human cells and animals were performed at Harbin Medical University in China. The paper was published in The International Journal of Molecular Medicine.

Dental pulp is the portion of the tooth that is alive. It makes up nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissue.

The stem cells that go on to become cells in the dental pulp are already being used for bone regeneration and dental rejuvenation.

“Human dental pulp stem cells possess self‑renewal and osteogenic differentiation properties, and have been used for orofacial bone regeneration and periodontal treatment.”

Aspirin has been shown to generally increase the activity of stem cells in other parts of the body.

“Aspirin has been demonstrated to enhance the regeneration of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.

So these dental researchers were curious whether aspirin could have an effect on dental pulp stem cells.

If so, it could be beneficial for aging teeth and jaws.

“The impact of aspirin on the osteogenic differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells remains unknown.”

The researchers carried out experiments on human dental pulp stem cells – later, they carried out experiments on rats with these stem cells.

“Furthermore, in vivo cranial defects were established in Srats to evaluate the effect of aspirin on human dental pulp stem cells-based bone regeneration.”

The researchers found that dental pulp stem cells can go on to become various different types of adult cells.

“The study demonstrated that human dental pulp stem cells expressed mesenchymal stem cell markers and possessed multipotency in vitro.”

Multipotency means that these cells can renew themselves by dividing.

Aspirin increases osteogenesis of the stem cells – osteogenesis is the formation of new bone, the building blocks of teeth and jaws.

“Aspirin was non-toxic to human dental pulp stem cells at a concentration of ≤100 µg/ml and enhanced the osteogenesis of human dental pulp stem cells in vitro.”

The researchers were able to prove this in living animals.

Human dental pulp stem cells led to increased bone formation in rodents treated with aspirin.

“Aspirin significantly increased human dental pulp stem cell-based bone formation in the rat cranial defect model at 8 or 12 weeks post-implantation.”

This cheap over-the-counter treatment has the ability to amplify stem cell production and differentiation – meaning it can strengthen teeth and bones.

“The data suggested that aspirin promotes the osteogenic potential of human dental pulp stem cells in vitro and in vivo.”

There are many reasons why aspirin may have these effects.

For example, we know that aspirin can lower serotonin and estrogen – things which are known to lead to weaker and degraded bone structures.

But to tell the truth, there are many more reasons why aspirin may be having this effect.

Regenerative health is a very common phrase these days – and it will become more common in the future.

It’s normally used to refer to high-tech and expensive means of regenerating body tissue.

But some of the best regenerative health already exists in substances like aspirin.

“Overall, the present study indicated that aspirin improves the bone regeneration capacity of human dental pulp stem cells.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
