“I remembered one of your articles, Matt,” a student writes, “and I looked it up….in about 5 days the fatigue was gone. I can’t believe it…
“I couldn’t understand if it was me just getting older, I needed sleep, or I was too stressed…
“…but after years of feeling fatigued, I am back to normal. Yaaaa!”

Text her this to get nookie
So one thing us guys love is more nookie, right?
And nothing is easier than sending a brief text…
So I found this text message…just copy/paste it to your girlfriend, or send it to some girl you just met…
…and see that she isn’t down to do the dirty with you.
I used it just the other night and I ended up doing the horizontal with her… multiple times!
Here is the text you should send

Tired all the time? These 2 supplements can help
Bioenergetics is the study of energy production in living organisms.
Everything we do and everything we are depends on this complex series of biochemical reactions.
Chronic fatigue syndrome is an increasingly common debilitating disease which has numerous characteristics all related to low energy.
CFS is probably a number of different diseases – coming from different causes – but which all impair human bioenergetics.
It should be no surprise then that substances which are critical for the production of energy can also help with chronic fatigue syndrome.
In fact, most chronic health problems can be traced to bioenergetic deficiencies.
The human research was carried out at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain. The paper was published in Antioxidants and Redox Signalling.
Chronic fatigue syndrome is still a relatively poorly understood problem.
Previous research has indicated that thyroid problems, vitamin B1 insufficiency and abnormal gut bacteria are some causes of chronic fatigue syndrome.
“Chronic fatigue syndrome is a chronic and extremely debilitating illness characterized by prolonged fatigue and multiple symptoms with unknown cause, diagnostic test, or universally effective treatment.”
The mitochondria are the engines which produce our bioenergetic energy.
Inflammation triggers problems within the mitochondria, oxidative stress is a marker for this.
Research has also shown that some people with chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms have a deficiency of a nutrient needed for energy production called CoQ10.
“Inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and CoQ10 deficiency have been well documented in CFS.”
This trial investigated the effect of CoQ10 and another energetic substance called NADH in people with chronic fatigue syndrome.
NADH is a primary catalyst for bioenergetics – increasing cellular energy.
“We conducted an 8-week, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the benefits of oral CoQ10 plus NADH supplementation on fatigue and biochemical parameters in 73 Spanish CFS patients.”
The researchers used 200 mg of CoQ10 per day, plus 20mg of NADH.
Some people were given the supplements while others were given inactive placebo.
The researchers and the participants were not aware who was in which group.
The study showed that these bioenergetic supplements reduced tiredness in people with chronic fatigue syndrome.
“A significant improvement of fatigue showing a reduction in fatigue impact scale total score was reported in the treated group versus placebo.”
Biochemical testing revealed that mitochondrial energy production improved in people taking the supplements.
As the mitochondria were able to produce more energy, it makes sense that they felt less fatigue.
“In addition, a recovery of the biochemical parameters was also reported.”
The study even showed an increase in ATP – the end product in bioenergetics and the currency of energy in the body.
More ATP means more energy.
“NAD+/NADH , CoQ10, and ATP were significantly higher.”
The researchers also found a decrease in lipid peroxides – extremely harmful byproducts of unstable fats – some of the most problematic chemicals in the body.
This will lead to decreased inflammation and healthier mitochondria.
“Lipid peroxides were significantly lower in blood mononuclear cells of the treated group.”
I have written about other studies which use bioenergetic supplements to improve chronic fatigue syndrome.
For example some studies use very large doses of vitamin B1, which is critical for mitochondrial energy production.
This research reinforces the idea that bioenergetics are at the heart of chronic fatigue syndrome.
Improving energy production in people with chronic health problems including chronic fatigue syndrome can have profound health benefits/
“These observations lead to the hypothesis that the oral CoQ10 plus NADH supplementation could confer potential therapeutic benefits on fatigue and biochemical parameters in CFS.”
You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
—-Important Message About Feeling Tired All the Time—-
My story: how I went from no energy to energizer bunny in 7 days
A few years ago — after I got THAT virus — my energy levels dipped and never recovered.
I felt tired all the time, even upon waking up.
Going up and down the stairs felt like hiking a mountain.
And I was so tired all the time, I couldn’t even make love to my wife like I wanted to… like SHE wanted me to…
Thankfully that’s all behind me now… because I discovered the root cause of that “tired all the time” feeling…
…and it wasn’t from the virus…
And I came up with a really simple solution — a double-action formula any man can try.
Now I wake up practically bouncing out of the bed, eager to start the day.
And I have the energy and stamina to make love to my wife every day, maybe even twice a day!
Here’s my “tired all the time” solution — only for men
