Grip your member this way and grow bigger

I’ve discovered a hidden muscle in the male member that controls how big a man can get.

Yes, a teeny tiny overlooked muscle.

And here’s the thing — if a man “works out” this tiny muscle just right…

…by gripping and stroking the member in a certain pleasurable way…

He can grow his member inches bigger, completely naturally.

I know it sounds crazy, maybe even too good to be true — but I’m explaining everything here…

This is a real scientific way to get bigger — and it’s easy, something any man can do at home

We always talk about or hear about the importance of muscles – how they increase metabolism and health.

The benefits of exercising and being active are not really surprising at this point…

But this thing is indeed surprising.

And that thing is… grip strength.

Apparently, grip strength is an EXCELLENT marker of aging.

Researchers have been crazy about this and have conducted many experiments to measure if grip strength could mean something…

Before we get into today’s study – I’d like to briefly tell you something about this…

My father was STRONG – I mean really strong…

He had hands of steel…

Like he could crush anything with his bare hands…

Fair to say that he had amazing grip strength.

And you know what? (And I’m only understanding this now…)

He aged wonderfully.

He had lots of energy… he was healthy and looked great.

So perhaps there is a connection after all…

Let’s see what researchers have to say…

This study was conducted at Campbell University. It was published in Clinical Interventions in Aging.

The researchers looked at a lot of different studies that had been done on grip strength.

They analyzed grip strength’s relationship to various health outcomes in older adults as well.

They analyzed the results of these studies to see if there were any consistent patterns or trends.

They found that grip strength is an important indicator of overall health in older adults.

People with stronger grips tend to have better bone density, fewer falls, better cognitive function, and even lower mortality rates.

1. Bone mineral density:

“Grip strength has been shown to be a predictor of bone mineral density (BMD) in both men and women. The relationship between grip strength and BMD is thought to be due to the fact that both measures are influenced by muscle mass and physical activity.”

2. Falls:

“Grip strength has been shown to be a predictor of falls in older adults. This relationship is thought to be due to the fact that grip strength is an indicator of overall muscle strength, which is important for maintaining balance and preventing falls.”

3. Cognitive function:

“Grip strength has also been linked to cognitive function in older adults (…) This relationship may be due to the fact that grip strength is an indicator of overall physical health, which can have a positive impact on cognitive function.”

4. Mortality:

“Evidence is also provided for a predictive link between grip strength and all-cause and disease-specific mortality. (…) Consequently, the routine use of grip strength can be recommended as a stand-alone measurement or as a component of a small battery of measurements for identifying older adults at risk of poor health status.”

They say that measuring grip strength can be a useful indicator to identify potential health problems…

…before they become serious.

Well, I think it’s time to test your grip strength.

And after that, give more importance to your grip strength while working out.

There are excellent videos on how to increase your grip strength online.

This metabolic shake makes it easy for men to burn fat and build muscle

I discovered research that was buried deep in the medical library, showing how simple ingredients found around the kitchen and bathroom can restore your metabolism…

…using safe ingredients proven over 150 years. You don’t need any dangerous chemicals or drugs to do it.

And pretty soon my kitchen table looked like a chemistry lab.

I was purchasing bags of cheap supplements from Amazon, and using our kitchen blender for making shakes and smoothies…

…using powders and things from the kitchen and bathroom, all of which were safe and proven over 150 years.

Over time, I came to perfect a particular metabolic shake that reliably restores metabolism and keeps it at a higher level all the time, and does it safely and cheaply.

In fact, just thirty cents worth of common ingredients most of which are now found in your kitchen and bathroom can restore your metabolism safely.

Throughout the day you will be warmer, your metabolism will be higher, you’ll be alert, and you’ll feel HORNY.

You won’t crash after lunch.

And best of all, you don’t have to diet or kill yourself in the gym to lose fat and gain muscle.

Here’s the metabolic shake for men
