Doctor’s proven method for thicker, firmer rockiness

I’m Dr. Umer Khan, a surgeon and internal medicine specialist with a clinic located in Pocono, Pennsylvania.

And for years now, I’ve been working with men who suffer from varying degrees of erections problems.

And not long ago…I discovered a powerful, natural method to help reverse erections problems in my patients…

without the need for any Big Pharma treatments.

Because 1 thing I’ve seen in all my years in medicine?

Big Pharma erections treatments rarely offer long-term, lasting improvements for most men who take them.

What actually works for nearly any guy, and keeps working for decades to come, is this natural method I’ve created…

It works by using a mixture of foods and 1 simple, quick and easy exercise…

Colorectal cancer is the 3rd leading cause of cancer-related deaths.

It’s a major killer – but it doesn’t have to be.

Colorectal cancer is primarily caused by diet – because diet controls the workings of the digestive system.

Toxic bacteria called endotoxin can become a problem in the gut and elsewhere – but a number of foods help us to deal with endotoxin.

For example, raw carrots have net-like fibers which catch and bind these endotoxin bacteria.

This is how raw carrots remove the cancer-causing microbes from the body.

Unsurprisingly, eating raw carrots is associated with lower colorectal cancer rates.

The population study was carried out at University of Southern Denmark. The results were published in the journal Nutrients.

Eating carrot has been linked to lower rates of several cancers – including prostate and breast cancer.

“Several meta-analysis studies on carrot consumption have indicated that carrots play a central role as a protecting vegetable against development of different types of cancers.”

Recent research has shown that carrots may have numerous anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties.

But data on colorectal cancer and carrot consumption is very limited.

“Studies of the colorectal cancer preventative effect of carrots in a large cohort are still missing.”

So the researchers decided to generate this data themselves. They used information from a database of Danish citizens.

This database contains information on over 50,000 people.

All the people taking part in this research reported their dietary habits.

The information was then analyzed for raw carrot consumption.

(It’s important that carrots be consumed raw for health benefits. This keeps the fiber and plant intact.)

Rarely would I recommend eating a raw vegetable – but raw carrot is more like a supplement or herbal remedy.

The participants of the study also allowed the researchers access to their medical records.

Using medical records and dietary information, the researchers were able to look at the relationship between raw carrot consumption and colorectal cancer.

“We examine the risk of being diagnosed with colorectal cancer as predicted by intake of carrots in a Danish population of 57,000 individuals with a long term follow-up.”

Eating a raw carrot every other day significantly lowered the risk of developing colorectal cancer.

“Intake of 2 or more raw carrots per week (> 1 ounce/day) was associated with a 17% decrease in risk of colorectal cancer.”

Less than an ounce of raw carrot per day was not enough to lower the risk of colorectal cancer.

“An intake below 2-4 carrots each week (<1 ounce g/day) was not significantly associated with reduced risk of colorectal cancer.”

The findings support studies showing a general anti-cancer effect of carrots.

“The results of this prospective cohort study clearly support the results from studies in cancer-primed rats for colorectal cancer and hence a colorectal cancer-preventive effect of carrots.”

This study was carried out because previous studies showed some plant compounds in carrot lowered colorectal cancer in lab rats.

The researchers believe these compounds could prevent colorectal cancer. They may be right.

But carrots also have a much simpler way of decreasing cancer risk.

The raw fibers of the vegetable are very absorbent and catch a lot of bacterial endotoxin and estrogen.

These are both factors which are known to increase cancer rates.

Other, off-the-shelf foods can likely increase the anticancer effect of carrots.

Both vinegar and coconut oil have antibacterial effects.

Added to raw carrots, they can kill the bacteria which produce cancer-linked endotoxin.

To make the “carrot salad,” you should grate a carrot into long, thin strips to maximize the surface area which catches endotoxin.

Then add a little vinegar and coconut oil for extra antibiotic effect.

This 1 food increases testosterone and lowers estrogen — eat it like this

I’ve found 1 food that if eaten in a particular way…

…naturally boosts testosterone levels in men…

…while lowering estrogen at the same time.

This 1 food works because it’s a natural aromatase inhibitor.

That means it stops the process of aromatization — when testosterone turns into estrogen in a man’s body.

So all you have to do is eat this 1 food like this — and T shoots sky-high while estrogen plummets
