When I go somewhere and I’m expecting to have sex afterwards, I usually pack these little goodies I make from a few kitchen ingredients.

I call them my Booster Bites…and my Booster Bites raise libido, increase testosterone, and help boost energy.

And they are fully natural.

The other night, out with my wife…I ate a few Booster Bites after our meal… and waited to feel the results.

Almost instantly, I felt amazing.

It’s like I had just woke up from a morning nap…and I was pumping with energy, and I was aroused.

And while waiting for the check… I started to feel REALLY good down there…and my wife was looking sexier by the minute…

Here’s how to use Booster Bites yourself right now

How to have higher testosterone than the young bucks

Most guys know that testosterone plays a role in libido, sexual performance, and feelings of well-being.

But the extent of testosterone’s role in total health eludes many.

Testosterone is essential for the health of the brain, the beating of the heart, the health of the blood vessels, the respiratory rate, body temperature, leanness, muscle mass, mental health, cardiovascular health, prostate health…

I could go on and on about the almost infinite number of roles of testosterone in male health.

Most men know that testosterone tends to decline with age – but there are ways to prevent this.

Perhaps one of the most important facts about testosterone today is that testosterone levels are dropping – independent of age.

These days, all men, regardless of health status and age need to keep an eye on their testosterone levels…

…because something is causing testosterone to tank.

The human research was carried out at the New England Research Institute in Watertown Massachusetts. The findings were published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.

There are numerous papers looking at the differences in testosterone levels in men according to age.

Testosterone researchers noted that average testosterone levels at a certain age seem to vary depending on when the men in that group were born.

For example, testosterone levels of 40 year old men (at the time of testing) born in 1960…

…seem to be different from the testosterone levels of 40 year old men (at time of testing) born in 1970.

“Age-specific estimates of testosterone concentrations appear to vary by year of observation and by birth year of cohort.”

The authors of this study speculated that testosterone levels were dropping over time – independent of the effect of age.

“These observations motivated a theory of population-level decrease in testosterone of a counter time, independent of chronological aging.”

This research was designed to test that theory – to see if there was a significant drop in testosterone levels according to year of birth.

“We want to establish the magnitude of population level changes in testosterone concentration and the degree to which they can be explained by changes in weight and other factors.”

The researchers analyzed data from different groups of men who were aged between 45 and 79 years old at the time of study.

Blood samples were taken from hundreds of men during 3 time periods.

  • 1987 – 1999
  • 1995 – 1997
  • 2002 – 2004

The researchers found a significant age independent decrease in testosterone levels over the years.

What’s more, this drop in testosterone could not be explained by things like smoking, obesity, and other lifestyle factors known to affect testosterone.

“We found a substantial age-independent drop in testosterone that is not attributable to observed changes in health and lifestyle characteristics such as smoking and obesity.”

The study proves that average testosterone levels are independently dropping over time…

…and that this cannot be attributed to seemingly obvious factors like obesity.

The researchers also looked at other well-known environmental factors which can lower testosterone.

They were unable to find any explanation in that analysis.

“We found substantial decreases in testosterone in American men not attributable to environmental effects captured in observed data.”

I suspect that one of the major reasons for this drop in testosterone is exposure to hormone modifying chemicals in the environment.

Things like BPA in plastic can have profound effects on hormones including testosterone.

The increased chronic stress of modern living no doubt plays a role too.

The research underlines the importance of tracking and optimizing your testosterone levels – even in young, seemingly healthy guys.

Most men have high estrogen — here’s how I fixed mine

A few years ago, on a lab result, my estrogen was through the roof.

And my doctor didn’t care — he said it happens to most men as they age.

So I started researching everything I could find about estrogen…

And it turns out, many men DO have high estrogen once they turn 40 or 50…

And this leads to belly fat, low libido, chronic fatigue…

…and worst of all, terrible erections and performance problems for most men…

Thankfully, after a lot of trial and error, I’ve discovered a super simple way to lower my estrogen levels…

…at home, naturally, without the doctor…

And now I use it constantly!

Best of all, my wife LOVES the “new me” now that my estrogen is lower…

…because the difference in my body is SO VISIBLE when we make love…

…especially down there between my legs…I’m rockier and stiffer than ever…

Here’s what I’m doing to keep my estrogen levels low and my erections strong.
