It sounds crazy, I know…

In fact, it seemed so outrageous I didn’t believe it…not until I saw this controversial video for myself…

See, this Indian guy — he’s developed a simple little method that makes a woman suddenly desire you with all her being…

It’s an overwhelming desire that she can’t resist…that makes her want to have you right then and there…

Married men, single men, men with girlfriends… you need to see this…

You need to watch this video…

This 1 nutrient prevents brittle bones

Brittle bones are a real threat to us as we get older.

Fractures can be difficult to heal from – and pain treatments can lead to further degeneration.

The consequences of brittle bones can lead to a loss of independence.

But we do know a lot about how to protect bones as we age.

Stress causes increases in cortisol and parathyroid hormone, which leads to weaker bones.

There are many ways to reduce stress, to reduce both parathyroid and cortisol.

Some nutrients are particularly beneficial for bone health – and recent research outlines another reason why vitamin K2 keeps bones strong.

The human research was carried out at Jichi Medical School in Japan. The paper was published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Metabolism.

It’s recently been discovered that glucocorticoids degrade bone.

Glucocorticoid treatments are often used as anti-inflammatories – but naturally produced cortisol has the same effects.

“We have recently demonstrated that glucocorticoid suppresses bone formation and enhances bone resorption, with resultant bone loss.”

Usually, the weakening of bones is caused by increased parathyroid hormone, which leaches calcium out of the bones.

But these Japanese researchers discovered that glucocorticoid was acting by a different mechanism – affecting something called OPG.

Decreasing OPG decreases bone density.

“This altered bone turnover is not due to the action of parathyroid hormone, but appears to be related to the suppression of osteoprotegerin (OPG).”

Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble nutrient.

You can find large amounts of it in Parmigiano Reggiano and Edam cheeses, as well as in the Japanese fermented food natto.

K2 is well known to protect bone health.

The authors of this study want to know whether it could protect bones against the degenerative effects of glucocorticoids (and cortisol).

“Vitamin K2 has been used for osteoporosis, the present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of vitamin K2 on glucocorticoid-induced bone loss.”

The researchers recruited people with kidney problems for their study – people with kidney problems end up with bone problems.

“Twenty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated with glucocorticoid for the first time were chosen for this study.”

Half of the participants were given glucocorticoid, the other half were given glucocorticoid and 15mg of vitamin K2 per day.

15mg is a lot of vitamin K2 – impractical to get from food. This much would have to be obtained from a supplement.

But for most people, it’s sufficient to eat high vitamin K2 foods, unless there are clear signs of a deficiency.

“Markers of bone metabolism including serum OPG were measured before and during the treatment.”

The study showed that vitamin K2 prevented the glucocorticoid-induced decrease in OPG…

…showing that vitamin K2 could mitigate this pathway to bone loss.

Blood flow shake contains K2 (boosts boners)

Thanks to this shake, I’m getting hot, pumping blood flow everywhere in my body…

…especially in my member where it’s plumping up and looking bigger than ever…

My wife even commented on how much thicker I felt inside her — and this was just a week after drinking this shake!

The reason it works is because one of the main ingredients is vitamin K2.

And as you read in the article, vitamin K2 raises testosterone in men…and it also has another big health benefit…

Vitamin K2 opens up the arteries and increases blood flow, even down there!

Here’s my new blood flow shake — try it and let me know how it’s going for you!

“OPG was significantly decreased in group A (glucocorticoid alone), while no significant change was seen in group B (added K2).”

The findings were verified when the researchers looked at bone mineral density scans months later.

Those who received glucocorticoid but not vitamin K2 lost a significantly more bone mineral density compared to those given extra vitamin K2.

“Bone mineral density of the lumbar spine was significantly reduced after 6 months, and more at 12 months of treatment in group A, whereas there was no remarkable change in group B.”

We already knew that vitamin K2 is great for bones.

This research points towards another mechanism by which this extremely important, fat-soluble vitamin helps to protect bones under stress and as we age.

“The present study demonstrated that the inhibition exerted by vitamin K2 of the reduction in OPG induced by glucocorticoid may, at least in part, play a role in the prevention and treatment of glucocorticoid-induced bone loss.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
