This 1 hormone makes intercourse out of this world
I’ve discovered a “pleasure hormone” that is making sex with my wife Jodi out of this world…
…like something you only fantasize about, where you’re both feeling pleasure the entire time…
…lost in waves and waves of soul-altering pleasure…
Thanks to this 1 hormone, we’ve been more intimate in the last week than we have been in the last year!
And it’s so exciting living this way… feeling high sexual energy all the time…
Feeling close and intimate with my wife, like we are always living life on this sexual high…
Here’s the 1 hormone that makes intercourse so much more pleasurable for you and for her

Suppressing prolactin for better boners
Low thyroid is very common. There are two thyroid hormones, T3 and T4.
T3 is the real active thyroid hormone responsible for many downstream biological effects.
T3 has a profound effect on prolactin – suppressing it.
Prolactin is one of the main inhibitors of male libido. Prolactin is also a cause of erections problems and an inability to ejaculate.
Prolactin also lowers male fertility, reduces sperm count, and may even lower testosterone.
The cell research paper was published in the Journal of The Endocrine Society.
The researchers looked at the interplay of several different hormones in these cell experiments.
“Experiments were conducted to compare effects of thyroid hormones on basal and TRH-induced TSH and PRL release and production in vitro.”
TRH stimulates TSH.
TSH is a pituitary hormone that should stimulate the release of more thyroid hormones.
PRL is prolactin – it has many roles, including suppressing male sexuality when it’s elevated.
Now, when thyroid hormones are low, this will cause an increase in TRH.
TRH will increase TSH to trigger the production of more thyroid hormones.
Increasing TRH increases prolactin – showing that we might expect low thyroid function to tank male sexual function.
“TRH induced a linear increase in TSH and PRL release from bovine pituitary cells.”
Next, the researchers looked at the effect of T3. T3 is the primary and active thyroid hormone.
TSH should stimulate the production of T3 – and elevated T3 should then lower TSH. This is the thyroid feedback mechanism.
But it’s important to know that T3 also affects prolactin.
The active thyroid hormone decreases prolactin – which is the main hormone that causes male sexual problems.
Yes, prolactin is probably even worse than estrogen. However, note that estrogen increases prolactin too.
“T3 at 0, 0.1, 1, and 10 ng/ml reduced PRL by 15%, 24%, and 37%.”
When people are diagnosed with hypothyroidism, they are often given a supplement of Synthroid/levothyroxine/T4.
T4 is a prohormone, meaning it needs to be converted into the body’s real hormone (T3).
But T4 also has effects of its own – which are not always positive – at least, it does not have the same beneficial effects as T3.
The most commonly supplemented thyroid hormone was not effective in reducing prolactin.
“In contrast to T3, T4 had no effect on basal TSH and PRL release or production.”
In fact, higher doses of T4 led to increasing prolactin release under the influence of TRH.
“However, T4 at 10 and 100 ng/ml increased dose-response slopes of TRH-induced TSH release 65% and 53% and those of TRH-induced PRL release 28% and 30%, respectively.”
T4 can increase prolactin – and so it’s very important how you treat hypothyroidism.
Unfortunately, Synthroid can make things worse for some people.
The experiments show the importance of thyroid function for overall health.
I’ve written about the importance of the active thyroid hormone for male and female fertility.
Well, it’s essential for libido and sexual function too.
“Results of this study demonstrate that T3 and T4 differ markedly in terms of their effects on TSH and PRL release and production.”
Though prolactin is central to male sexual problems, it’s also a driver of low libido in women.
Everyone needs to keep their prolactin under control.
I have dedicated an entire newsletter looking at the problems caused by excess prolactin…
…and the natural methods to keep this stress hormone restrained.
