How are they doing it? They’re performing like they’re 20 years old…
Look at Roger Waters from Pink Floyd performing on stage at 79 years old:
And Steven Tyler from Aerosmith — one of the most energetic and prolific performers, even at 75 years old:
And Roger Daltrey from the Who, rocking out at almost 80 years old:
So many of these rockstar men are living really healthy lives… for decades longer than other men…
…even after years of substance abuse and alcohol…
And I want to know why, so I did some digging…
And I stumbled onto this natural anti-aging supplement that celebrities and powerful politicians have been taking in secret.
Better yet, I found a way for normal guys like me and you to use it too.

These youth hormones get men performing like 20 year olds
There are a number of not very well-known hormones which are elevated in younger people.
These “youth associated hormones” include progesterone, pregnenolone, and DHEA.
It’s not just a coincidence that younger people produce more of these hormones…
…these hormones have measurable anti-aging and regenerative effects.
In recent years, researchers have discovered that pregnenolone and progesterone in particular are remarkably protective of the brain.
New discoveries in this field show that these 2 hormones can protect against and help recovery from common brain problems, including stroke.
The animal experiments were performed at the Department of Toxicology, Jamia Hamdard in New Delhi, India. The paper was published in ACS Omega.
The brain produces a number of hormones (steroid hormones) in large amounts inside the brain itself.
These are known as neurosteroids.
We are learning that these neurosteroids can protect the brain – they offer neuroprotective effects.
“Neurosteroids are apparent to be connected in the cerebral ischemic injury for their potential neuroprotective effects.”
The authors of this paper carried out prior research showing that progesterone protects the brain in the case of stroke.
Progesterone does this by having protective effects on the mitochondria – the energy producing engines of the cell.
“We previously demonstrated that progesterone induces neuroprotection via the mitochondrial cascade in the cerebral ischemic stroke of rodents.”
These experiments were carried out by causing ischaemia – limiting blood flow and oxygen to a part of the body – in this case the brain.
Ischaemia and the later return of blood flow and oxygen cause harm.
In these experiments the researchers wanted to find out whether a related hormone, pregnenolone, could also offer protection against stroke damage.
”We sought to investigate whether pregnenolone can protect the ischemic injury in the transient middle cerebral artery occlusion rodent model.”
In the experiments, the researchers caused a stroke by a surgical method which stops blood flow in arteries supplying the brain.
“Male rats were chosen for surgery for inducing stroke using the transient middle cerebral artery occlusion method.”
Some animals were given a little pregnenolone after their surgical stroke.
“Pregnenolone (2 mg/kg) at 1 h postsurgery was administered.”
The animals were then tested a day after the procedure. They were tested to examine the residual effects of the stroke on their brains.
The researchers found that the animals which were given pregnenolone recovered to a far greater degree than those which were not.
This was shown in neurological tests and on examination of the brain.
“The spectrum of neurobehavioral tests and TTC staining showed that pregnenolone enhanced neurological recovery.”
The researchers found that pregnenolone decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS)…
ROS particles cause damage to cells and DNA and are partly responsible for the harm caused during stroke.
“Pregnenolone therapy after a stroke lowered mitochondrial ROS following ischemia.”
The research also found that the effect of pregnenolone was different from the protective effect of progesterone.
Pregnenolone did not have the same protective effect on the mitochondria.
“Our data demonstrated that pregnenolone was not able to inhibit mitochondrial permeability transition pores.”
This tells us that it may be more beneficial to use both pregnenolone and progesterone…
…even though progesterone can be made from pregnenolone.
“There was no effect on mitochondrial bioenergetics such as oxygen consumption and respiratory coupling.”
Younger people generally have higher levels of these protective hormones – it’s a large reason why stroke is more damaging in older people.
The experiment adds to our growing knowledge about the beneficial effects of neurosteroids on brain recovery.
These natural substances are already available and are pretty safe when used responsibly…
They have remarkable rejuvenative and restorative effects all throughout the body.
“Overall, the findings demonstrated that pregnenolone reduced the neurological impairments via reducing mitochondria ROS.”
You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

Doctor’s proven method for thicker, firmer rockiness
I’m Dr. Umer Khan, a surgeon and internal medicine specialist with a clinic located in Pocono, Pennsylvania.
For years now, I’ve been working with men who suffer from varying degrees of erections problems.
And not long ago…I discovered a powerful, natural method to help reverse erections problems in my patients…
…without the need for any Big Pharma treatments.
Because 1 thing I’ve seen in all my years in medicine?
Big Pharma erections treatments rarely offer long-term, lasting improvements for most men who take them.
What actually works for nearly any guy, and keeps working for decades to come, is this natural method I’ve created…
It works by using a mixture of foods and 1 simple, quick and easy exercise…
