These simple squeezes naturally rebuild penile tissue for bigger, better boners
When you stroke and squeeze your member in a very specific way…
…you can actually rebuild the penile tissue…restructure the veins and arteries in your penis…
It’s called mechanotransduction.
And with mechanotransduction, you are naturally growing new penile tissues, new arteries and blood vessels…
And the result is more blood flow…and a naturally bigger penis!
With even bigger, better erections that last longer than before.

The truth about salt
Sodium is one of the most bad-mouthed but critically important minerals.
About 3/4 of our sodium intake comes from added salt.
Sodium is so important to human health that in the ancient world, salt was often used as a currency.
But there’s been a lot of anti-sodium propaganda over the last few decades.
Sodium and salt have been blamed for high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, kidney problems, osteoporosis, and stomach cancer.
The reality is that sodium/salt does not cause any of these problems, although it can trigger symptoms in some people.
Sodium is essential for a vast number of bodily processes, and aside from lowering the risk of many diseases, research shows that people who eat more sodium tend to live longer.
The human research was carried out at Bern University Hospital in Switzerland. This paper was published in the European Heart Journal.
Salt tends to be one of the most common ingredients in processed foods.
Processed foods are very unhealthy for a number of reasons.
This is mostly because of other additives, and because they almost always contain unhealthy vegetable oils.
This confounding factor is one of the reasons why sodium has been “identified as a risk factor” for some of the modern fight diseases.
“Since dietary sodium intake has been identified as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease and premature death, a high sodium intake can be expected to curtail life span.”
The authors of the study wanted to see just how much effect sodium could have on reducing lifespan.
“We tested this hypothesis by analyzing the relationship between sodium intake and life expectancy and survival in 181 countries.”
The researchers looked at sodium consumption and longevity in over 180 different countries.
“We correlated age-standardized estimates of country-specific average sodium consumption with healthy life expectancy at birth and at the age of 60 years.”
The results of their calculations were adjusted for factors like BMI, which are known to reduce lifespan.
The authors were surprised to find that life expectancy increased when people consumed more sodium.
“Among the 181 countries included in this analysis, we found a positive correlation between sodium intake and healthy life expectancy at birth.”
The researchers also discovered that sodium was associated with a longer, healthier life in people already at the age of 60.
“We found a positive correlation between sodium intake and healthy life expectancy at age 60.”
All-cause mortality refers to the total number of deaths from any cause in a specific population over a specific period of time.
The more sodium people consumed, the less likely they were to die.
“All-cause mortality correlated inversely with sodium intake.”
The researchers also carried out a separate analysis that was limited to wealthy countries.
They found the same results there.
“In a sensitivity analysis restricted to 46 countries in the highest income class, sodium intake continued to correlate positively with a healthy life. expectancy at birth and inversely with all cause mortality.”
The researchers got the opposite of what they expected in this analysis of data from almost every country on earth.
Instead of shortening lifespan, the researchers found that increased sodium was associated with greater longevity and greater health, even in later years.
“Our observation argues against dietary sodium intake being a culprit of curtailing lifespan or a risk factor for premature death.”
Sodium is an anti-stress mineral.
Our body needs plenty of sodium to deal with the stresses of daily life.
It’s 1 of the 4 most important minerals alongside calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
Most people could do with getting more of all of those nutrients, but perhaps sodium is the most overlooked of all.
