I’ve discovered a simple and easy “penis brain hack” to almost instantly reverse arousal problems
Contrary to what your doctor has told you, getting rocky has nothing to do with testosterone levels or anxiety…
And it’s not a blood flow problem either…
However, what I’ve discovered does reveal your brain has a “control switch”…
…a switch that determines whether you get stiff or suffer from embarrassing limpness.
Here’s how easy it is to access this control switch and get erections on command

Monitoring your meibomian glands
The eye has to be kept lubricated by tiny oil glands which line the edges of the eyelid.
These glands are called meibomian glands.
Dry eye disease caused by meibomian gland dysfunction becomes increasingly more common with age.
Researchers have for decades tried to figure out the causes of, and solutions to, this common eye disorder.
Well, recently, researchers in Japan showed that energy production is central to the conversion of hormones in the meibomian gland…
…which are in turn essential for the prevention of dry eye disease.
The study shows yet again the critical importance of energy production in the health of every part of the organism.
What is more, we already know how to boost the energetic molecule which is responsible for fuelling the health of the meibomian gland.
The human and animal research was carried out at Kyoto University in Japan. The paper was published in Nature Aging.
Dry eye disease caused by problems with the meibomian gland is a common problem which is more likely as we age.
“Meibomian gland dysfunction is the most common cause of dry eye, with incidence increasing with age.”
Prior to this study, the cause of this type of dry eye disease was a mystery.
“Aging induces atrophic involution of the meibomian gland, a typical sign of meibomian gland dysfunction. However, no causal therapy exists owing to the lack of knowledge on the underlying molecular mechanism.”
The researchers started out this groundbreaking research by carrying out scans of these glands in younger and older people.
They discovered that these glands tend to shrink with age.
“We performed infrared meibography of the upper and lower eyelids of young and aged men and women and found a significant age-associated reduction in gland size in both upper and lower eyelids.”
The first major discovery was the existence of a steroid hormone converting enzyme in the meibomian gland.
This enzyme was previously only thought to exist in a limited number of places including the adrenal glands, ovaries, testes and placenta.
They found that the steroid enzyme 3BHSD was expressed in the tissues that are responsible for keeping the eye lubricated.
The discovery is another step in the expanding field of intracrinology.
The study of how cells convert hormones inside the cell in order to carry special intracellular processes.
Intracrinology is an extremely important and previously largely overlooked aspect of human health.
“Previously, the concept of tissue intracrinology had been proposed, but its role in meibomian physiology/disease remained unclear.”
But this is not all – the researchers dug a little further…
And found out that the hormonal enzyme responsible for keeping the eye lubricated was dependent on something called NAD+.
NAD+ is a molecule which is essential for energy production inside the cell.
Increasing NAD+ reversed the age-related shrinkage of the meibomian gland.
It reverses dry eye disease. It does this by increasing the activity of the hormonal enzyme in question.
“Reactivation of local intracrine activity through NAD 3β-HSD activity ameliorates age-associated meibomian gland dysfunction and accompanying evaporative dry eye disease.”
There are a number of new expensive and patented supplements which have come on the market in the last 2 years which are great for boosting NAD +.
But you can just as effectively increase levels of NAD+ and improve eye health by supplementing a decades-old cheap nutrient.
This nutrient is called niacinamide (also called nicotinamide), a specific form of vitamin B3.
This will increase the hormonal enzyme which is essential for the health of the meibomian gland which keeps the eye lubricated.
“Reactivation of 3β-HSD by boosting NAD+ availability improved glandular cell proliferation and alleviated the dry eye disease phenotype.”
The researchers also confirmed that this effect is seen in both men and women.
The enzyme (3β-HSD) is responsible for the conversion and production of youth associated hormones…
And increasing NAD+ can therefore have anti-aging effects all throughout the body.
“Both women and men express 3β-HSD in the meibomian gland. Enhancing local steroidogenesis may help combat age-associated meibomian gland dysfunction.”
You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
