Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here, and there’s a new wonder supplement taking the world by storm.

It’s called nicotinamide mononucleotide — or NMN for short.

And it can greatly increase your body’s energy production, so you look, feel, and live like a teenager again.

Here’s how to use NMN for maximum benefit…

—-Important Message From Alby—-

This is how you get fit by moving less — “lost exercise” from the Shaolin Monastery temple in China

These Shaolin monks are known for their kung fu fighting, amazing feats of strength, flexibility, and pain-endurance…

…and they have created a worldwide reputation as the ultimate warriors.

Shaolin Monks have been called some of the fittest men on the planet… with the kind of shock and awe flexibility and strength that turns heads.

Yet you won’t find them in a gym, jogging around the block, or anything like that…

Instead…

These silent warriors practice a very specific form of exercise called super-isometrics — invigorates your body from the inside-out, boosting your metabolism, hardening your core, and relieving pain from head to toe

NMN restores teenage-like energy and stamina in men

Energy availability is one of the most important factors in your health.

Research has shown that improving the body’s ability to generate and deliver energy can help almost every ailment.

In the last ten years, researchers have been carrying out animal experiments on a number of interesting energetic nutrients.

One of these is called nicotinamide mononucleotide — a.k.a. NMN.

NMN helps the body to produce something called NAD+ boating cellular energy production.

Animal experiments have shown this supplement to be highly beneficial in many areas.

In animals, NMN reverses experimental Parkinson’s, alcohol-related liver damage, and stroke damage.

In one of the first human trials of this supplement, researchers found that it improved insulin sensitivity.

Metabolic problems like low insulin sensitivity are prime candidates for energetic boosters like NMN.

Moreover, NMN acts in a very similar way to an easily obtained, cheap, over-the-counter B vitamin…

The human study was carried out at Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis. The findings were published in Science.

NAD+ is one of the most important substances in the body.

It is absolutely essential in the production of cellular energy — which dictates our overall health.

Aging and metabolic diseases are associated with significantly lower levels of NAD+.

“In rodents, obesity and aging impair NAD + biosynthesis, which contributes to metabolic dysfunction.”

The term metabolic dysfunction encompasses quite a lot of things.

In general, it refers to anything which impairs the body’s ability to generate and use energy efficiently.

Low insulin sensitivity is included in metabolic dysfunction.

This is something which prevents the body from absorbing sugar properly even when there is enough insulin to supposedly do the job.

The supplement in question (NMN) is one of the rate limiting factors in the production of NAD+.

In animals, NMN helps with insulin sensitivity.

These researchers want to see if the same thing is true in humans.

The researchers recruited twenty-five participants with prediabetes — all of whom were overweight or obese.

The participants had their insulin sensitivity tested.

Then the participants were split into two similar sized groups.

One group received 250mg of NMN per day.

The other group received an inactive placebo supplement.

“We conducted a ten week, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial to evaluate the effect of NMN supplementation on metabolic function.”

The researchers showed for the first time that this energy boosting supplement can help with metabolic problems in humans.

NMN improved insulin sensitivity compared to placebo over the ten week trial period.

“Insulin-stimulated glucose disposal increased after NMN supplementation, but did not change after placebo treatment.”

The researchers also found other changes in the muscles of the participants, changes which suggest NMN leads to improvements to the muscle structure.

“NMN increases muscle insulin sensitivity, insulin signaling and muscle remodeling.”

Given that NMN helps to increase NAD+, and NAD+ is essential for energy production, it’s no surprise that this supplement improves metabolic health and muscle structure.

You may be hearing a lot about NMN over the next few years.

It has the potential to be a blockbuster supplement which could make a lot of money for those who hold the patent.

Another similar supplement is called nicotinamide riboside — it does the same thing — increasing NAD+.

But there is yet another supplement which is shown to significantly boost NAD+.

This is an older form of vitamin B3 called nicotinamide (it’s also called niacinamide).

Nicotinamide has been used for decades, it’s easily available, it’s cheap, and it has the same primary effect as NMN and nicotinamide riboside — boosting NAD +.

I am certain that these extremely promising results in this human study are just the beginning for NMN.

But remember that nicotinamide has identical effects on NAD +.

This molecular smoothie boosts men’s metabolism for better performance

Remember being a teenager and being able to eat whatever you want?

Pizza, cakes, cookies, tacos…and you could wash it all down with a beer without a worry in the world…

Because eating and drinking this way didn’t make you fat when you were a teenager.

You stayed thin and muscular, and you always had lots of energy, especially in the bedroom…

So what changed? The answer is metabolism.

Our metabolism slows down as we age and that makes us pack on the fat and become tired all the time.

That’s why I’ve perfected this simple molecular smoothie that restores a teenage metabolism in men.

It works by speeding up the mitochondria, so more energy is produced.

And the result is a faster, warmer metabolism that burns everything you eat and drink for energy, whether you work out or not.

Try it today and get back the metabolism you remember — with more muscle, more drive, and more stamina in the bedroom.
