If you’re a man who has ringing ears — this can help
Specialists at the California Ear Institute left in complete awe after they discover that…
…this innocent habit makes men 3 times more likely to develop tinnitus…
They could not believe that this seemingly harmless habit causes IRREVERSIBLE damage to the brain…
Causing ringing, clicking, whirring, humming and other strange noises that never stop.
Don’t do anything else until you see this — strange link between tinnitus and this habit in men

Methylene blue, the miracle treatment — and how to use it
Methylene Blue is a very old and safe treatment.
It has been used for malaria as an anti-parasitic treatment and is on the WHO’s list of essential treatments.
But it can be used for so much more.
Movement disorders like restless leg syndrome, bruxism, or even Parkinson’s are linked to the dopaminergic system.
In other words, these conditions are linked to disturbances in the neurotransmitter dopamine.
In particular, loss of dopaminergic cells seems to be the catalyst behind these movement disorders.
A recent 2021 study links this event with a more fundamental loss of energy:
“Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most prominent neurodegenerative disease around the world. Although it is known that PD is caused by the loss of dopaminergic cells in substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc), the decisive cause of this inexorable cell loss is not clearly elucidated. We hypothesize that “Energy deficiency at a sub-cellular/cellular/systems level can be a common underlying cause for SNc cell loss in PD.” – Muddapu & Chakravarthy
Dopamine is the driving force behind motivation, drive and response to stimulation in life.
It is high in childhood and youth, showing a definite correlation with high energy levels.
As it turns out, Methylene Blue is capable of increasing ATP production efficiency (thereby increasing energy production).
It has shown promising results in mouse models of Parkinson’s Disease (PD):
‘’MB might be useful in improving some attentional function and pre-serving dopaminergic cells in this model.’’ – Smith et al. (2017)
‘’Methylene blue (MB), a small-molecule synthetic heterocyclic organic compound that acts as a renewable electron cycler in the mitochondrial electron transport chain, manifesting robust antioxidant and cell energetics-enhancing properties, has recently been shown to have significant beneficial effects in reducing nigrostriatal dopaminergic loss and motor impairment in acute toxin models of PD. ‘’ – Biju et al. (2018)
In the study by Biju et al., oral supplementation with low-dose Methylene Blue (MB) was shown to greatly improve the characteristics of PD in a mouse model.
“Oral delivery of low-dose MB significantly ameliorated MPTP/p-induced deficits in motor coordination, as well as degeneration of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-positive neurons of the substantia nigra and TH-positive terminals in the striatum. Importantly, olfactory dysfunction was ameliorated by MB treatment, whereas this benefit is not observed with currently available anti-Parkinsonian ‘treatments.’ These results indicate that low-dose MB is a promising neuroprotective intervention for both motor and non-motor features of PD.”
Considering MB has such a long safety record, it seems reasonable to experiment with it in the case of various movement disorders like RLS, teeth grinding, and PD.
In many cases, the progression of the disease states is in the early stages…
Something like Methylene Blue, which enhances energy at the cellular level and has definite neuroprotective benefits, seems like a sound choice for prevention and therapeutic effect.
It is important to find pure quality MB supplements (USP), which usually come with a glass dropper.
Starting with low-doses (1g) in a glass of water, and experimenting according to symptoms is an ideal approach.

Ever heard of oxytocin? It’s the hormone for erections in the bedroom
I’ve discovered a hormone more powerful than serotonin or even testosterone…
It’s called oxytocin and it’s responsible for that addicting, pleasurable feeling you get when you’re intimate with a woman.
And studies show oxytocin is the true hormone that increases erections in men:
So how do you boost oxytocin levels for better erections and even more pleasure?
Well here’s the thing — it has to be made naturally in the body…
So what I’ve done is come up with a simple protocol that gets your body to produce more oxytocin on its own.
Here’s how to try this oxytocin protocol tonight (with a partner or by yourself)
