New exclusive class TONIGHT that will get men incredible erections — better than when they were a teenager
Matt Cook here, and I’ve made a huge breakthrough that will let virtually any man get erections as all get-out, better than when he was a teenager.
This is going to be super coach-y — very hands on, and every man should get amazingly strong diamond cutters working with me at their own pace.
This isn’t a bunch of videos — it’s a class, anonymous and private but very interactive that I’m running with a small group of guys.
I’m doing a small class soon that will get men these really quick results.

Drinking this type of fruit juice opens up the arteries for better blood flow
Oranges are one of the healthiest foods you could eat.
They contain lots of vital nutrients and minerals, as well as some special flavonoids you really won’t get anywhere else.
I’ve written quite a bit about the metabolic benefits of eating oranges.
They can help with insulin resistance, and some of the special flavonoids can help prevent and reverse diabetes symptoms.
Recently researchers looked at the role of oranges on flow mediated dilation — a great marker for cardiovascular risk.
The results of the research show that oranges could have a significant role in preventing cardiovascular disease.
The human research was carried out at Leeds University in the UK. The results were published in The Journal of Nutrition.
Oranges belong to a group of foods called citrus fruits — this also includes lemons and limes.
These citrus fruits have similar nutrients and share health benefits.
Oranges and other citrus fruits are anti-inflammatory.
People who eat more of these foods have a lower risk of ischaemic stroke and endothelial dysfunction.
“A higher intake of citrus fruit is associated with reduced risk of ischaemic stroke, lower levels of inflammation and decreased endothelial function.”
These fruits contain lots of potassium, which is beneficial for metabolic health and the cardiovascular system.
But they also contain flavonoids like hesperidin and naringenin.
These two compounds have been shown to lower the risk of atherosclerosis in numerous experiments.
“Hesperidin and naringin have received considerable attention due to in vitro and in vivo evidence demonstrating anti-atherogenic effects.”
So these researchers were interested in seeing whether oranges could affect flow mediated dilation — a great predictor of cardiovascular disease risk.
When blood pressure increases, the blood vessels should relax a little bit to allow more blood through at the same pressure.
Dilation is another word for relaxation.
Flow mediated dilation tells us how well the blood vessels can relax under increased blood flow.
Flow mediated dilation tells us a lot about cardiovascular risk.
So the researchers carried out a human trial looking at the effect of one type of orange on flow mediated dilation (and cardiovascular risk).
The experiments used blood oranges – so-called because of their deep red color when ripe.
“We examined the effects of blood oranges on endothelial function and inflammatory markers in healthy overweight or obese people.”
The study recruited 15 participants with a body mass index between 25 and 31.
The participants were randomly split into two groups.
Each day they consumed either blood orange juice or a placebo drink with the same amount of sugar.
They drank 8oz twice daily for 2 weeks. Then they had a week off, switched groups, and completed another two weeks.
So at the end all participants had taken part in both blood orange and placebo trials.
At the end of each two-week trial the researchers ran flow mediated dilation tests.
Blood orange juice improved flow mediated dilation by about 20%.
This could mean a significant decrease in the risk of cardiovascular disease.
From 16oz of juice twice a day for only 2 weeks.
“The results demonstrate a significant increase in flow mediated dilation following blood orange juice consumption.”
Flow mediated dilation did not improve in the placebo group — it was a little worse after those 2 weeks.
The study shows that blood oranges could lower the risk of cardiovascular disease by improving the health of blood vessels.
“The two-week consumption of blood oranges exerted favorable effects on endothelial function in men and women who are overweight or obese.”
Yet another reason why you should add oranges to your list of daily foods!

Here’s my new blood flow shake that’s nearly doubled my natural blood flow
Thanks to this shake, I’m getting hot, pumping blood flow everywhere in my body…
…especially in my member where it’s plumping up and looking bigger than ever…
My wife even commented on how much thicker I felt inside her — and this was just a week after drinking this shake!
The reason it works is because it contains 5 vital nutrients for great blood flow.
These 5 nutrients open up my arteries and increase blood flow, and it even lowers my pressure naturally.
Here’s my new blood flow shake — try it and let me know how it goes!
