Clean out your liver with this one simple supplement (may even boost rockiness)
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is the most common liver disease in the United States.
The rates of fatty liver disease have doubled in 20 years.
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is the first stage in what can develop into serious liver problems like fibrosis and even liver cancer.
There are no approved treatments for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Treatment recommendations are based around diet and exercise for weight loss.
But a number of supplements have shown promise in the treatment of fatty liver.
A recent study combined a number of different nutrients and found that they had great benefit for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
This human research was carried out by Merqurio Pharma and Cardarelli Public Hospital, Campobasso, Italy.
The results were published in the Journal of Gastrointestinal & Digestive System.
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease begins with the accumulation of fat in the liver.
Soon after, doctors can see changes in blood tests looking at liver function.
A number of nutrients have shown promise in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
“Some well-designed studies reported that silymarin, vitamin E, vitamin C, coenzyme Q10 and selenium can exert beneficial effects in NAFLD.”
This study was designed to see if the combination of these nutrients could benefit people with fatty liver disease.
“We aimed to evaluate these supplements in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease through observation of improvement in blood parameters, ultrasound and tolerability.”
The researchers combined all of the nutrients into one capsule called Medronys eponys.
The contents of the capsule are:
- Silybum marianum: 175mg
- Coenzyme Q 10: 10mg
- Vitamin C: 60mg
- Vitamin E: 20mg
- Selenium: 41.5mcg
The study enrolled 151 people diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The participants were randomly split into two groups.
One group was given the supplement capsule. Another group was given an inactive placebo capsule.
The researchers conducted tests and interviews three times over the course of the study.
Once before supplementation began. Then again at 45 days and 90 days into treatment.
“A group of patients received 1 capsule a day of Medronys for 90 days. The second group received placebo.”
The researchers looked at blood tests of liver function and liver ultrasound scans.
The study also reported side-effects and whether or not the patient felt there was any benefit from the supplement.
“At each step an evaluation of the following criteria was carried out: Blood parameters; Liver ultrasound; Side effects; and Patient’s judgment.”
The researchers found improvements in blood tests of liver enzymes in people taking the supplement.
“After 45 days and after 90 days of treatment, the food supplement showed greater efficacy than placebo by decreasing liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP, GGT) and ferritin.”
ALT is a blood test of a liver enzyme which indicates liver damage — lower numbers are better.
The average ALT dropped from 71 down to 39 after three months of the supplement.
There were similar decreases in other markers of liver damage in people taking the supplement.
There were no significant changes in people taking the inactive placebo capsule.
96% of the patients taking the supplement reported that they felt it was beneficial at the end of the study.
“65% reported a real benefit and 31% reported a great benefit from treatment.”
There were no adverse events reported in either group.
The study indicates that this combination of nutrients could be beneficial for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
“Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease significantly benefited in terms of improvement in liver enzymes compared to placebo.”
—-Important Message About Fatty Liver Disease—-
Men are strengthening their erections by cleaning out their liver this way
Most men don’t know that getting good erections is tied to having a clean liver.
So men with fatty livers are often suffering from erections problems, but don’t know why.
And this is why many traditional erections treatments do nothing for these men.
It’s the liver that’s the problem.
So I’ve developed a simple liver cleanse that can restore good, strong erections in men.
It works by clearing out the toxins and fatty deposits that have built up in the liver over the years.
I’ve found it has made a huge difference in my stamina and lasting power.
And chances are, this liver cleanse will do the same (or even better) for you…
