If you have 3 or more of these factors, your chances of prostate cancer are very high…

This cancer-fighting nutrient prevents prostate cancer in men – naturally.
Most men are deficient in this special nutrient that’s been called the “anti-cancer nutrient” by some scientists.
It fights back against toxins and chemicals in the testicles to protect your prostate and keep it healthy.
And that’s not all… Here are some of the other natural prostate solutions I’ve discovered:
- This often overlooked fat-soluble vitamin that lowers prostate inflammation is the key to great prostate health… It naturally lowers harmful estrogen in men (estrogen causes the prostate to swell up)… So no more prostate inflammation. And this vitamin also boosts libido, so men feel a burst in sex drive.
- How to avoid surgery and fix prostate problems naturally… 98 times out of 100, we can address prostate problems without using chemotherapy, radioactive seeds, or any sort of surgical procedures. My Prostate Solution Bible provides key information that Big Pharma has tried to hide… And this information can keep you from going under the knife…
- A special, natural balm that stops frequent urination urges… Thanks to this natural balm, you can peacefully sleep through the night without having to keep getting up to use the bathroom. You just rub a little bit on your scrotum before bed and your prostate will stop waking you up all night…
- The best first steps to take if you’re diagnosed with prostate cancer… This Prostate Solution Bible reveals everything you need to know about the Gleason score and why it’s really important… So even if you get diagnosed with prostate cancer, you will know when “watchful waiting” is best instead of surgery or chemo… (Hint: almost always)
I’ve put all of these discoveries and more into one natural Prostate Solution Bible – get it here for free.

This predicts if you’ll get prostate cancer
Prostate cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer in men in developed countries.
And it is now one of the leading causes of death in men globally.
Researchers are investigating the factors that increase the risk of prostate cancer.
Many of these risk factors we cannot change – such as age, race, and family history.
Of course, the risk factors that we can change are more important.
Recently, scientists have shown that metabolic syndrome increases the risk of prostate cancer.
And the symptoms that make up metabolic syndrome can be improved upon with lifestyle changes.
These researchers carried out their study at the Maimonides Institute of Biomedical Research of Cordoba (IMIBIC) in Spain. The Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine published the results.
Some early evidence indicated a link between metabolic syndrome and prostate cancer.
“The influence that metabolic syndrome and inflammation might have on prostate cancer risk has been a subject of controversial debate.”
And this study aimed to prove or disprove this link.
“We aimed to investigate the association between metabolic syndrome and the risk of clinically significant prostate cancer.”
The research collected information from over 500 men.
“A total of 524 patients were analyzed.”
All men underwent a prostate ultrasound biopsy.
“Men scheduled for transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate were studied.”
They also assessed the men for all the factors relating to metabolic syndrome.
The five factors of metabolic syndrome:
- High blood pressure
- High blood sugar levels or insulin resistance
- Excess fat around the waist
- High triglycerides in the blood
- Low levels of HDL cholesterol
People with three or more of those factors will be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome.
195 men in the study were diagnosed with prostate cancer and 240 met the diagnostic requirements for metabolic syndrome.
The study showed a clear link between metabolic syndrome and clinically significant prostate cancer.
“Remarkably, a higher risk of significant prostate cancer was associated with the metabolic syndrome.”
And the more metabolic syndrome factors a person has, the higher the risk of significant prostate cancer.
“High risk of significant prostate cancer was associated with greater number of metabolic syndrome components.”
The study proved a close relationship between metabolic syndrome (MetS) and prostate cancer risk.
“We saw a clear association between MetS and a greater number of MetS‐components with an increased significant prostate cancer diagnosis and/or aggressive features.”
These findings could be really good news…
That’s because the factors that cause metabolic syndrome can be improved with diet and lifestyle changes.
We already know about the association between metabolic syndrome and inflammation throughout the entire body.
And C-reactive protein (CRP), a marker of general inflammation, can be diagnosed from a blood test.

The study showed an association between higher levels of CRP and greater risk of significant prostate cancer.
“Higher circulating C-reactive protein levels [are] also associated with more aggressive Gleason score[s] in prostate cancer patients.”
The Gleason score is a rating system to determine how aggressive prostate cancer is, based on a biopsy sample.
It is not clear whether CRP is a risk factor independent of metabolic syndrome.
But it may turn out that lowering CRP decreases the risk of prostate cancer in men who don’t have metabolic syndrome.
We can lower CRP through diet and lifestyle changes.
“We see a clear association between high CRP and an increased prostate cancer diagnosis and/or with aggressive features, suggesting that MetS and/or CRP levels might influence prostate cancer.”
Many of the things that help with metabolic syndrome also help to lower CRP.
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.
