How My Fat Depletion Protocol Gets Rid of Belly Fat in 4 Weeks

Men ask why the Fat Depletion Protocol gets rid of belly fat so well…

Well, my system works by getting rid of a particularly harmful form of fat FIRST.

If you have this harmful fat present, you CANNOT lose any of your belly fat.

That’s the reason you haven’t succeeded with losing fat up until now.

This very harmful form of fat has been stopping you.

But my Fat Depletion Protocol gets rid of this particular type of very harmful fat FIRST.

So your belly fat melts away, revealing firm, strong muscles underneath. And your erections get better too.

Because less fat means LESS harmful estrogen, and HIGHER testosterone.

And when men have less estrogen and more testosterone, their erections just gets better and better.

Here’s the Fat Depletion Protocol for men that can get rid of belly fat in just 4 weeks.

Shocking Reason Why Some Men Shoot Smaller Loads

Most people want to stay lean to look good and stave off heart disease.

But being overweight or obese causes a host of other problems…

Among other things, excess body fat can increase the risk of erectile dysfunction and infertility in men.

Researchers in China conducted a large trial looking at these relationships.

Obesity could be causing a significant amount of ED and male infertility.

Even being overweight increases the risk significantly.

The study proved that the detrimental effect of obesity on male fertility is related to semen and sperm quality.

The Negative Impact of Higher Body Mass Index on Sperm Quality and Erectile Function: A Cross-Sectional Study Among Chinese Males of Infertile Couples

These scientists did this human research at the Peking Union Medical College, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Beijing, China. The American Journal of Men’s Health published the results.

The study used body mass index (BMI) as an approximate measure of body fat.

“Body mass index (BMI), which is calculated by dividing body mass by the square of body height, is the indicator usually used to evaluate obesity.”

There is a lot of evidence to support the idea that obesity could be a major cause of ED and infertility.

“Obesity can negatively interfere with spermatogenesis and sperm maturation by disturbing the balance of sexual hormones, increasing scrotal temperature and inflammation.”

Male infertility is usually due to some problem with semen production or the health of semen.

So male infertility problems are usually best assessed by first analyzing semen quality.

Conclusive analysis of semen quality in obesity is lacking in the current research.

“The role of obesity on semen parameters remains controversial.”

The purpose of this study was primarily to look at semen quality in overweight and obese men.

“The objective of the current study was to explore the role of body mass index (BMI) in sperm quality and erectile function.”

The study recruited over 3,000 men between the ages of 27 and 39 who were being treated at infertility clinics across China.

“In total, 3,174 Chinese men of infertile couples with an average age of 33 ±6 years were enrolled.”

The researchers categorized the men according to their BMI.

“The occurrence of obesity, overweight, normal weight, and underweight were 5%, 37%, 57%, and 1%, respectively.”

The scientists took semen samples from all of the men.

The men also completed standard questionnaires to assess erectile function.

The researchers then calculated the risk of low sperm quality and ED according to the different categories of bodyweight.

Obese men were 2.5 times more likely to have low semen volume.

“Compared with men of normal weight, adjusted odds ratios for men with obesity for low semen volume <2 ml were 2.53.”

Obese men were 60% more likely to have problems with sperm motility.

And overweight men were 30% more likely to have this problem than men of normal weight.

The results show that the association between obesity and male infertility is related to changes in sperm and semen quality.

They used the standard questionnaire (the IIEF-5) to assess erectile dysfunction.

Obese men were more than 50% more likely to have a low score in the IIEF-5.

It’s clear that obesity significantly increases the risk of ED.

“For the IIEF-5, obese men were 52% more likely to have a low score.”

The results also showed that overweight men had an 11% increased risk of ED.

Obesity has a detrimental effect on semen volume and sperm quality.

“Obesity was associated with lower semen volume, lower sperm motility, and erectile dysfunction in Chinese males…”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

Use This Toothbrush Trick to Shoot Bigger Loads

Lots of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction are actually suffering from penile fibrosis.

Penile fibrosis is when hard plaques clog up a man’s penis chambers and interfere with blood flow:

These plaques can make it nearly impossible for a man to get an erection, and it can also make his loads small and unimpressive.

But I’ve discovered a simple at-home toothbrush trick that can completely reverse penile fibrosis in as little as 20 minutes.

This toothbrush trick unclogs the penile chambers and restores good blood flow…

So men start getting great erections again and even start shooting much bigger loads.

But you might need a new toothbrush after doing this at-home trick…

Here’s the simple at-home trick that reverses penile fibrosis and allows men to shoot bigger loads again.
