Most men have high estrogen – here’s how I fixed mine
A few years ago, on a lab result, my estrogen was through the roof.
And my doctor didn’t care – he said I should lose weight and take a statin.
So I started researching everything I could find about estrogen.
Turns out, men who have a bit of a belly almost always have high estrogen.
AND this leads to sexual dysfunction, erection problems…
So after a lot of trial and error and reading, I discovered a simple way to lower my estrogen levels. And I use it constantly.
Best of all, my wife LOVES the “new me” with low estrogen because the difference in my body is SO VISIBLE when we have sex.
Click here to see how I lowered my estrogen and improved EVERYTHING – including my sex life…

The 10-Minute Secret to an Exceptional Memory
“Go big or go home.”
In America, we like to watch shows like American Ninja Warrior and we pretty much worship professional athletes like Michael Phelps, Lebron James, and Tom Brady.
This can have the effect of creating a “false dichotomy” where we think we have to be either an elite athlete or a couch potato – and there’s nothing in between.
But there’s a lot of room between peak athletic levels and no exercise at all.
And I’m going to show you in this article how much those “in between” levels can benefit you.
[cmamad id=”20538″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
That’s because mild and regular exercise can have huge positive impacts on your memory and your health.
And, even better news, you don’t have to be an elite athlete or give up your entire life to the gym in order to get big benefits from mild exercise.
Want to have a better memory? Get up and get moving.
Nearly everybody knows someone who has struggled with memory loss or maybe who is just a little bit “ditzy” and forgets where they put their keys or their coat.
Being ditzy is annoying, but it’s not the end of the world.
However, when your memory (or a loved one’s memory) really starts to go, it can be scary, heartbreaking, and dangerous.
Protecting our memory is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves as we age.
Nobody wants to end up in a nursing home unable to recognize their kids.
One of the easiest ways to protect your memory is to get up and move about a bit.
It’s amazing how much even small amounts of movement can impact your health, your memory, and your body.
Crazily enough, as little as 10 minutes of mild exertion a day can make a difference.
“…the researchers discovered that a single 10-minute period of mild exertion can yield considerable cognitive benefits.”
This kind of mild activity doesn’t just create a better experience of memory – it physically affects the way your brain works.
Exercise creates better connectivity to the detailed memory processing sections of your brain.
And that is pretty freaking awesome if you ask me.
“Using high-resolution functional magnetic resonance imaging, the team examined subjects’ brains shortly after exercise sessions and saw better connectivity between the hippocampal dentate gyrus and cortical areas linked to detailed memory processing.”
The reason this connectivity in the hippocampus is so important is that the hippocampus functions in the creation of new memories – helping to keep your short-term memory intact.
And it’s short-term memory that usually goes first in cases of dementia and Alzheimer’s.
So, protecting your body’s ability to process short-term memory is crucial.
“The hippocampus is critical for the creation of new memories; it’s one of the first regions of the brain to deteriorate as we get older – and much more severely in Alzheimer’s disease.”
One of the best things about short sessions of mild exercise is that the results are immediate.
They don’t take a long time to have an effect.
Which gives you a GREAT feedback mechanism to keep you motivated.
“What we observed is that these 10-minute periods of exercise showed results immediately afterward.”
And the exercise does not have to be particularly strenuous either.
Activities such as walking, tai chi, and mild yoga can have a significant positive effect.
It’s a good idea to pick an active activity or three that you like to do and do them consistently.
Personally, I pace while I’m on the phone.
My brain seems to function better and I know it’s good for my health.
“People who include a little yoga or tai chi in their day may be more likely to remember where they put their keys.”
All in all, the “in between” moderate levels of physical activity are extremely beneficial to your memory.
They help your brain make important new connections that strengthen short-term memory.
It’s worth it to get more physical activity in your life – even if it’s only 10 minutes a day.
