Penile signs that a heart attack is imminent

A man’s penis does this when he may have a heart attack soon – and how high blood pressure, heart disease, and penile problems are all connected.

Morning wood – how to get it strong (and why you must)

A man who doesn’t routinely wake up with an erect penis… His penis is in trouble.

He will probably experience severe erectile dysfunction (ED) at some point… And that will only get worse over time.

Morning wood – nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) – that’s the erections you get during the night while you sleep.

Morning wood happens when your blood is irrigating the penile chambers.

Without this constant irrigation, a man’s penis is likely to become flaccid and stay that way.

I found that drinking this particular combo of nutrients can get that penis back to waking up during the night – and you wake up with a boner.

===> Drinking this nutrient combo can give you back your morning wood and give you strong, long-lasting, towel-hanger erections when you want them.

Penile signs that a heart attack is imminent…

“It’s all in your head.”

These were the dreaded words that men would hear when they went to the doctor for erectile dysfunction or other sexual problems…before Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, and their cousins came along.

Penis problems were almost always deemed to be psychological.

We didn’t really know much about the causes of ED, or how to fix it – before Viagra.

But, truth be told, Viagra and the rest are just a band-aid solution.

They don’t really do anything to fix erectile dysfunction in the long term.

But, now that science has learned more about the physiological functions of sexual dysfunction, we are starting to see ED as a bellwether for other vascular diseases.

Everything in your body is interconnected.

I’ve talked about this quite a bit in the past, but I’m going to say it again:

Every system in your body is interconnected.

[cmamad id=”15307″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Erections require a strong vascular system – they work on blood flow after all.

So it makes sense that if the vascular system that affects erections is bad, then other vascular systems probably have problems too.

But doctors don’t view things that way, or at least they didn’t use to.

Things are coming around now, but most doctors still view each individual system in your body as a separate entity.

You may have medicine to treat an ulcer, medicine to treat diabetes, or maybe high blood pressure medicine.

But doctors don’t often look at any of these things together as a whole picture.

And this has been especially true in the field of cardiology.

The heart was viewed as a completely separate entity from the rest of the body.

“Until sildenafil, the first effective oral agent for erectile dysfunction (ED), was introduced, only genitourinary physicians concerned themselves with this problem. Certainly, cardiologists rarely asked their patients with cardiovascular disease about difficulty developing or maintaining a penile erection.”

Erectile problems and cardiovascular disease are absolutely linked.

Scientists are now finding conclusive evidence that the same type of issues that cause physiological erectile problems also cause heart disease.

Because when one part of your vascular system isn’t working right, it’s a good bet that other parts are affected as well.

“The prevalence of ED in patients with cardiovascular disease is higher than that of the general population.”

And the worse the erectile dysfunction is, the worse the heart disease usually is.

“There is a significant correlation between the severity of ED and the number of vessels involved in patients with coronary artery disease.”

High blood pressure, heart disease, and penile problems are all related to each other.

And if you smoke or you’re diabetic, your risk for having penile issues and other inflammatory diseases is even higher.

“The age-adjusted prevalence of complete ED is 1.5 times higher in men with hypertension than the prevalence in the entire population studied…erectile dysfunction also is prevalent in smokers, diabetics, and patients with hypercholesterolemia…”

So why are so many diseases connected?

It has a great deal to do with internal inflammation.

Internal inflammation is a hidden killer.

You can’t see inflammation that’s on the inside of your body.

But it absolutely makes all of your systems go haywire.

Because erectile problems are caused by issues with extremely small and delicate blood vessels, inflammation often shows up in your penis first.

Which makes the penis the dipstick for male health.

I know this seems crazy, but it is 100% true.

If you’re starting to experience erection issues – or even if you’re just getting a bit older like I am – then you should get checked out for other health issues too.

Very often, your penis problem is the first indicator of other problems such as atherosclerosis.

No nitric oxide? Why men are doing this instead of taking pills…

The Big Pharma treatments for sexual problems cause a toxic increase in nitric oxide.

Too much nitric oxide speeds aging, reduces immunity to disease, and causes cancer.

But what can a man do to get his erections back WITHOUT using Big Pharma’s nitric oxide?

Thankfully, these simple solo and partner activities help a man’s penis develop more sensitivity and give him bigger, fatter, harder erections.

Here’s how men are fixing their sexual and erectile problems for better sex with their partners…and WITHOUT harmful nitric oxide.
