8 second rubber band trick for stiffer meat
Hi, I’m Dr. Leo Shub, and I’ve discovered a secret rubber band trick…
…that triggers explosive, on-demand stiffies.
It’s completely safe, and doesn’t require treatments.
Yet it’s so simple…
You can do it from the comfort of your sofa, while sitting, in 8 seconds flat.

This natural mucolytic can reduce flu symptoms fast
N-acetylcysteine is a substance produced in the body from the amino acid cysteine.
Cysteine is found in significant amounts in animal proteins like beef, chicken, and turkey.
But in recent years there are a lot of experiments using supplemental N-acetylcysteine.
NAC is a well-known mucolytic – has been used to break down phlegm, mucus or sputum for over 30 years.
And it’s also becoming more well-known for other effects including reducing the symptoms of influenza infection.
The human research was carried out at the University of Genoa in Italy. The paper was published in the European Respiratory Journal.
“N-acetylcysteine (NAC), an analogue and precursor of reduced glutathione, has been in clinical use for more than 30 yrs as a mucolytic ‘treatment.’”
N-acetylcysteine reduces oxidative stress.
This stress is damage caused to the mitochondria and cell membranes by free electrons.
These free electrons are kicked out of the electron transport chain under stressful metabolic conditions.
“It has also been proposed for and/or used in the therapy and/or prevention of several respiratory diseases and of diseases involving oxidative stress, in general.”
The authors of this study decided to scientifically test the idea that N-acetylcysteine supplementation could reduce the burden of influenza disease.
“The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of long-term treatment with NAC on influenza and influenza-like episodes.”
The researchers recruited a few hundred subjects, the majority over the age of 65 and in somewhat ill health.
The participants were put through a double-blind trial where they would receive inactive placebo or N-acetylcysteine for 6 months covering the winter flu season.
“A total of 262 subjects of both sexes (62% suffering from nonrespiratory chronic degenerative diseases) were enrolled in a randomized, double-blind trial.”
Neither the participants nor the researchers knew whether participants received N-acetylcysteine or the inactive placebo capsules.
The treatment was 600mg of N-acetylcysteine twice daily.
“They were randomized to receive either placebo or NAC tablets (600 mg) twice daily for 6 months.”
The researchers did exclude people suffering from chronic respiratory diseases and there were no significant side-effects from the supplement.
Those taking the N-acetylcysteine tablets had far fewer flu-like episodes.
Flu severity and duration were significantly reduced in those taking NAC.
“NAC treatment was well tolerated and resulted in a significant decrease in the frequency of influenza-like episodes, severity, and length of time confined to bed.”
N-acetylcysteine reduced all of the tracked markers of flu infection and severity.
“Both local and systemic symptoms were sharply and significantly reduced in the NAC group.”
At the end of the flu season the researchers found a similar percentage of both groups had flu antibodies from the previous season in the blood.
This indicates that infection rates were similar in both groups…
…and that N-acetylcysteine did not prevent natural immunity to that strain of flu from occurring.
But those not taking NAC were 3x more likely to have suffered from flu symptoms…
…even though the antibodies suggest both groups were infected at the same rate.
“Frequency of seroconversion towards A/H1N1 influenza virus was similar in the two groups, but only 25% of virus-infected subjects under NAC treatment developed a symptomatic form, versus 79% in the placebo group.”
People taking N-acetylcysteine who were infected with the flu developed a normal immunity to that seasonal flu virus (a process called normoergy).
“Evaluation of cell-mediated immunity showed a progressive, significant shift from anergy to normoergy following NAC treatment.”
The study indicates that N-acetylcysteine supplementation may be remarkably effective…
Particularly for reducing the burden of influenza and those at high risk of developing severe disease.
And unlike some other attempts to dampen the burden of influenza, N-acetylcysteine does this without reducing herd immunity.
“Administration of N-acetylcysteine during the winter, thus, appears to provide a significant attenuation of influenza and influenza-like episodes, especially in elderly high-risk individuals.”
The fact that people who took NAC got infected with the virus and developed immunity at the same rate – but with a much lower disease burden…
…indicates a double benefit – N-acetylcysteine does not interfere with herd immunity but massively reduces disease caused by influenza.
“N-acetylcysteine did not prevent A/H1N1 virus influenza infection but significantly reduced the incidence of clinically apparent disease.”
You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

They don’t want you to know about these virus-killing remedies…
We live in a strange time…
When someone like me can get in trouble just for telling you about natural remedies I’ve been using to beat flus and viruses.
Heck, even doctors are losing their licenses for speaking out about these remedies.
And I won’t stand for it.
So here’s what I’m doing — check it out before THEY take it down…
