The beauty of these 4 substances is how incredibly beneficial they are to erections and performance as a whole.

See, these 4 substances often enhance the strength and intensity of your boners, while helping to increase lasting power.

These substances can help you come, then get erections and come again so you can do it twice or maybe even three times in a single night!

These substances also have the power to increase pleasure levels, so men feel more sensation during sex.

And that’s why I’m so excited about these 4 substances, though you’ve probably never heard of them before.

They are safe for most men, though if you’re on multiple medications, I wouldn’t recommend these substances until you clear it with your doctor.

But for most men, these 4 substances start working right away to improve your erections and stamina…

This simple combination reduces insulin resistance

Glycine and N-acetylcysteine are 2 very interesting supplements.

They have benefits on their own but, when combined, have profound metabolic and life-extending properties.

One human study examined the combination of these supplements in people with type II diabetes, insulin resistance, and mitochondrial dysfunction.

They found that these 2 supplements decreased insulin resistance.

They positively affect how the body uses energy, and they could be very beneficial for some people with metabolic problems.

The human research was carried out at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. This paper was published in Antioxidants.

Type II diabetes is associated with insulin resistance and mitochondrial dysfunction.

The mitochondria are the engines of energy production, the metabolic machinery.

“Patients with type 2 diabetes are known to have mitochondrial dysfunction and increased insulin resistance.”

The authors of this study were trying to find out more about the relationship between these metabolic issues.

“The underlying mechanisms are not well understood.”

They knew that the body’s natural antioxidant, glutathione, helps with the proper use of fat as fuel inside the mitochondria.

This can be reduced in metabolic problems like type II diabetes.

“We reported previously that the adequacy of the antioxidant glutathione is necessary for optimal mitochondrial fatty-acid oxidation.”

Combining glycine and N-acetylcysteine boosts glutathione production, as these are the glutathione precursors.

“Supplementing the glutathione precursors glycine and N-acetylcysteine in mice corrected glutathione deficiency.”

Animal experiments have shown that the combination of these 2 supplements, known as GLYNAC…

…reversed some of the metabolic issues associated with type II diabetes.

“Glycine and N-acetylcysteine reversed impaired mitochondrial fatty-acid oxidation, and lowered oxidative stress and insulin resistance.”

They also knew that GLYNAC could increase glutathione and decrease human oxidative stress.

“Supplementing glycine and N-acetylcysteine in patients with type 2 diabetes improved glutathione synthesis and concentrations, and lowered oxidative stress.”

This study looked at the effects of GLYNAC on fatty acid oxidation, glucose oxidation, insulin, and free fatty acids in humans with type II diabetes.

We can burn fatty acids or glucose as fuel.

Oxidation is the best way to do this.

Unfortunately, these processes are impaired in insulin resistance and type II diabetes.

The researchers carried out an experiment where participants were given the supplements for 14 days.

They were then compared to other people with type II diabetes not given supplements, and people without diabetes not given supplements.

Before supplementation, people with type II diabetes were less able to burn fat.

“Fasted type 2 diabetes participants had 36% lower mitochondrial fatty-acid oxidation.”

But they had higher sugar-burning capacity.

“106% higher mitochondrial glucose oxidation.”

People with type II diabetes had 4 times greater insulin resistance.

This might seem good, but it’s probably because the liver produces masses of extra glucose in type II diabetes.

Insulin resistance was way higher in diabetics.

“425% higher insulin resistance.”

Many of these metabolic issues are caused by elevated levels of free fatty acids in the blood – fats that block proper metabolic activity.

Free fatty acids were way higher in people with type II diabetes.

“76% higher plasma free-fatty acids.”

Supplement relation with GLYNAC increased fatty acid oxidation by 30%.

“Glycine and N-acetylcysteine supplementation significantly improved fasted mitochondrial fatty-acid oxidation by 30%.”

The oxidation of glucose was decreased by almost 50%.

“Lowered mitochondrial glucose oxidation by 47%.”

GLYNAC caused a significant decrease in insulin resistance.

“Decreased insulin resistance by 22%.”

Perhaps most importantly, GLYNAC reduces free fatty acids by 25%.

These fats are one of the major impairments in type II diabetes and insulin resistance.

High free fatty acids are a major cause of all the issues at hand.

“Lowered plasma free-fatty acids by 25%.”

The research shows that combining these 2 supplements can reduce insulin resistance and increase mitochondrial function in people with type II diabetes.

“GlyNAC could improve mitochondrial dysfunction and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes, and warrant additional research.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for medical diagnosis and treatment guidance.

“I am no longer a Type 2 Diabetic”

Matt, as you may remember, I just got word that I am no longer a Type 2 Diabetic, so no more Metformin for me.

My doc said he had no problem with me discontinuing it. I owe the great news about diabetes in large part to you, your informative articles, and the dietary tweaks you’ve suggested.

I feel so much more optimistic about my future as I approach 70 in late January. Thanks and all the best,

–Jim

Here’s the simple dietary tweak Jim made to reverse his diabetes — and you can too
