Take T3 and get instantly hard down there? Is it true?

24 special forces soldiers reveal thyroid secret
This is about a new discovery about metabolism – based upon the thyroid. Think of the thyroid like the gas pedal in your body.
The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland that sits at the bottom of your throat.
It produces some of the most important hormones that put on the gas, speeding up your metabolism.
And T3 is the most important thyroid hormone.
Remember: The metabolic rate is a huge factor in determining how much fat somebody carries around – and the quality of men’s erections and lean fitness.
Plus, a high metabolic rate helps us fight disease.
Low thyroid function is associated with heart disease, obesity, type II diabetes, and low testosterone.
Human studies have shown that excessive exercise can lower the levels of thyroid hormone in the body.
This means that people who are trying to lose weight by exercising may be doing themselves more harm than good if they are doing too much exercise.
These researchers from the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment at the National Hospital Laboratory in Oslo published the results of this human study in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology.

This study involved 24 young military recruits between the ages of 21 and 25 years old.
The cadets were all in excellent physical and mental health prior to the trial.
“Thyroid function has been investigated in 24 young military cadets participating in a 5-day ranger training course.”
The researchers divided them into three groups of eight and put them through a five-day physical training course.
They allocated different amounts of physical exercise, sleep, and food rations to each group.
They wanted to see the effect of these three factors on thyroid hormones.
“The cadets were divided into three groups, each differing in the amount of sleep and food consumption.”
The researchers tested the men’s thyroid hormones first thing in the morning, every day of the study.
The researchers also conducted a thorough investigation of their thyroid hormones.
Among the tests, the researchers looked at the storage form of thyroid, T4.
They also looked at the active form of thyroid, T3.
The study also assessed the often-overlooked reverse T3 (rT3).
This hormone can be made from T4 under stress and it blocks the active form of thyroid hormone, T3.
On the first day, there was an increase in thyroid hormones.
“Initially there was an increased secretion concomitant with an increased conversion of T4 to T3 and rT3 mainly due to physical exercise.”
The researchers found that a few days of exercise with not enough food lowered thyroid production.
“When the activities lasted for several days without sufficient food supply the thyroid secretion decreased.”
The thyroid began releasing smaller amounts of thyroid hormones – damaging the metabolic rate.
The body started to convert the storage form of thyroid hormone T4 into the blocking form, reverse T3.
This means that there is less thyroid hormone and it is also blocked from activating the cell.
“Thyroid secretion decreased simultaneously with an alteration of the peripheral conversion of T4 to rT3 instead of T3.”
Doctors normally use the TSH blood test to check thyroid function.
Usually, low TSH means good thyroid function.
This experiment screwed with TSH levels.
TSH levels stayed low even though thyroid function was going down. (It should go up here.)
“TSH decreased during the first day of activities and remained low throughout the course.”
This sort of pattern could give people false readings on basic thyroid lab tests.
Excessive exercise or physical activity can damage thyroid function.
“The present investigation demonstrates that the thyroid function is strongly affected by prolonged physical exercise.”
The study also showed that under-eating impairs proper thyroid function.
“Thyroid function is strongly affected by a negative energy balance.”
Undereating and overexertion lower thyroid function in a number of ways.
“The results indicate that the alteration observed is not regulated just by the hypothalamo-pituitary-thyroid-axis alone.”
A little exercise is a good thing.
And sometimes people need to eat a little less to lose weight.
But… Dieting and overdoing exercise can lower your metabolic rate by crashing your thyroid.
You should always consult a healthcare professional about diagnosing and treating health problems.
But I’ve found that many men suffering from long-term erectile dysfunction and even diabetes can benefit from T3 and T4.
—-Important Message About Thyroid and Raising Your Metabolic Rates—-
Increasing testosterone and thyroid naturally – possible?
Over 1,000 medical studies have found that certain “industrial foods” that everyone eats these days LOWER testosterone.
That includes the stuff you get at fast food places or in the prepared foods section of the grocery store.
There are many ingredients in these industrial foods that kill testosterone, lower your thyroid levels, and depress your metabolism.
No wonder so many men are experiencing more and more stubborn belly fat, erection problems, and other metabolic problems.
