Food manufacturers have been slipping this toxic food ingredient into our pantry staples for decades now.

And there’s no one stopping them.

There are studies showing that this 1 food increases belly fat, it leads to blood sugar problems, it leads to low T…

It’s even been linked to Alzheimer’s and cancer.

And now they’re starting to put it in certain fresh foods — it’s everywhere…

Here’s what I’m doing to stop this killer food ingredient from poisoning my body

1 food that increases skin cancer risks by 30%

Skin cancer diagnosis is increasing in recent decades.

But it’s not because people are getting more sun exposure on the skin.

Perhaps the main factor in skin cancer is the increase in polyunsaturated fats in the diet…

Vegetable oil consumption is the essential factor in skin cancer.

Reducing consumption of these polyunsaturated vegetable oils is the most important step to reduce the risk of skin cancer.

But a number of nutrients act to counteract the carcinogenic effect of these oils.

Researchers have now carried out a number of trials using a form of vitamin B3 which blocks some of the worst effects of polyunsaturated vegetable oils.

They found that supplementing this nutrient could decrease the risk of skin cancer recurrence by about 30% in people at high risk.

The human research was carried out at the University of Sydney and associated hospitals. The research was published in The New England Journal Of Medicine.

The ultraviolet rays of the sun can react with polyunsaturated fats in the skin to trigger skin cancers.

“Nonmelanoma skin cancers like basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are common cancers that are caused principally by ultraviolet radiation.”

(They are caused by UV radiation interacting with polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oil in the skin.)

Previous research has shown that a form of vitamin B3 protects the skin against early changes which can lead to skin cancer – actinic keratoses.

“Vitamin B3 has been shown to have protective effects against damage caused by ultraviolet radiation and to reduce the rate of new premalignant actinic keratosis.”

The Australian researchers wanted to know whether this mechanism could lead to a reduction in skin cancer recurrence in the real world.

So they carried out a high-quality human trial in people who had already had numerous diagnoses of skin cancer in the past.

“We randomly assigned 386 participants who had at least 2 nonmelanoma skin cancers in the previous 5 years to receive vitamin B3 or placebo for 12 months.”

The study used a form of vitamin B3 known as niacinamide – it’s also called nicotinamide.

The more common form of vitamin B3 (niacin) probably does not have the same effect.

The participants in the treatment group were given 500mg of niacinamide to be taken twice a day for 12 months.

Those in the control group did not take the vitamin.

The participants had appointments with dermatologists every 3 months for 1.5 years.

During these appointments they were assessed for new skin cancers.

“Participants were evaluated by dermatologists at three-month intervals for 18 months.”

The effectiveness of the vitamin B treatment was assessed according to any differences in skin cancer rates between the 2 groups over the treatment period.

There was an overall 23% reduction in skin cancers in people taking the over the counter vitamin.

“The rate of new nonmelanoma skin cancers was lower by 23% in the niacinamide group than in the placebo group.”

The researchers found significantly lower levels of every type of skin cancer in the study.

Basal cell carcinomas decreased by 20%.

Squamous cell carcinomas were decreased by 30% in the vitamin B3 group.

The researchers found that precancerous regions known as actinic keratosis were 11% lower in the treatment group after only 3 months.

These precancerous lesions decreased as time went on.

By 6 months, the precancerous lesions were 14% lower in the vitamin B3 group.

The supplement, which acts against the cancerous effects of polyunsaturated fats, seems to inhibit skin cancer at every stage.

“Oral niacinamide is safe and effective in reducing the rates of new skin cancers and actinic keratosis in high-risk patients.”

A number of other studies have shown the same thing.

Niacinamide is a relatively safe supplement. Though it can lower blood sugar.

500mg of niacinamide could significantly lower blood sugar in some people

…so it’s always best to start off with low doses and see how it affects you.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner by treating and diagnosing health-related problems.
